We have to do something to make the investigation right

Just a simple question. What we are going to do if the investigation will take too long or fans won’t be satisfied with the results? Everybody here wants a truly justice for Michael. Doesn’t look like officials care too much about Michaels’ case.

They already made too many mistakes from the beginning. I am just coming up with an idea to make some sort of an official petition from fans regarding investigation process.

We have to let them know what on our opinion was done wrong and to show that we are watching and waiting and we are not going to give up. Officials usually do not like publicity. If we will keep quiet and won’t raise our voice they will just love it and hate when they see people’s concerns. .
It is pretty clear that Michael was killed. It is very obvious that officials will try to give a little penalty to Dr. Murray cuz they even didn’t arrest him yet. They were VERY fast arresting Michael for NO reason humiliating him and keeping him in the restroom for more than 45 minutes. They were fast to hurt him that after he couldn’t move his arm and had pain in his shoulder and his back..
You think guys they gonna be fast and accurate to investigate his death after all what they have done to him? I do not think so.
The official petition could be just a first step to see thir reaction. So what do you think guys?

i'm not sure why you think that they don't care....u can't make a strong case overnight..he's not a crazed gun man that is a threat to the general public and has to be locked up immediately so i really don't think they can just arrest him without the DA going through all the evidence and deciding if there is a case. I really understand your impatience cause we are all feeling it, but i'd rather think they are thorough rather than being quick and sloppy and stuffing it up so he gets released straight away. Please don't go making a petition yet, lets see what they have on the guy first and if the guy gets away with it then jump up and down, but we really don't know the truth of what they have on him yet or everything that the investigation has unfolded.

maybe i'm the only one, but to me the fact that they haven 't rushed in, guns a blazin' is comforting because if they just jumped straight to the arrest then they couldn't have been very thorough.

let's hope they've done a good job and we don't have anything to worry about.

maybe we will be pleasantly surprised (i hope so)

If they just jump in and charge him straght away, it's case closed.

I still think there are pieces of evidence yet to be found, or people yet to be proved they were involved. And I am sure they are still looking, even if we aren't hearing about it.

I still am unsure about the whole thing, I understand your frustrations, but I would hate to think that they could miss something if they aren't thorough with the investigation.

Michael deserves more than that :cry:

Well, I think I have to explain myself a bit better. Of course, I do not mean we have to jump to conclusions and throw the petition on their faces saying simply you are f*king assholes what are you doing? No, absolutely not.
It has to be a very polite letter which will show our deep concern in Michael’s death. Let say to put it like we appreciate what they are doing but our concern is in that and that.
As an example, to let them know that we do not understand why the search warrant took weeks after Michael died which possibly could create problems for the whole investigation process. It is something to worry about. Our concern also has to be that so many people, let say strangers were in and out of the house for a first few hours of Michaels’ death and nobody paid attention to it ,nobody stopped it which is very negative thing for the investigations.
It would be nice to say something about 911 call etc. Nothing else just facts and our concerns.

In the end just to let them know that we understand that you are building the case before you arrest somebody and you are working hard on some evidences blah, blah, blah, but we are waiting and hoping that finally it will be a truly justice for Michael and this is our MAIN concern.
No more than that, just keep it simple and to show that we are here and we are not going to give up.
I used to deal with similar things like this. Usually public letters give a good result, especially if thousands people will sign it. It is not a rush yet , but doesn’t hurt, I think.
 
remember though, laws may be different in California or U.S. I think it is just complex.
 
i think it's quiet b/cit should be. it always should've been quite. i don't care if fans wanted news. i'd rather not have the news and the invest. move faster. hell, for all we know, if all those leaks didn't happen, murray could've been arrested already but they had to compensate for those and put even stronger evidence together to tiehim in.

Quiet is Ok. I do not need quick news too. What I am saying that some sort of public CONCERN has to be involved from the fan's side. We have to let them know that we are here and we are waiting. Nothing else for now. I just worry that they could drop the case because a lot of shady people with big money and their own interests involved here. You think they are sitting there doing nothing just like us?
There are two sides now, I think: public/fans and shady people with big money on another side. I the middle we have a law system. I do not know what influence people with big dollars have to the American law system. If they do who is going to win?

PS. Still I think they could arrest Dr. Murray. They already turned this case to homicide. What they are waiting for? They are waiting till somobody gonna kill him and there will be less to investigate? It looks very suspicious.

Be cause the same people who are investigating this are the same people who abused Michael and there are powerful people involved.

Also the evidence has been tainted due to not sealing it off as as crime scene after MJ death which means it is difficult for the prosecution to prove anything.

I hope that there is another side to it, the jackson family are the ball and the truth came out in the trials so maybe it will this time too, but I'm not holding my breath.

I think that is a very good idea Asedora. I guess we may have to wait and see which direction it goes which of course takes time

no. every leak set them back. so now they need to overcompensate for that. prove it ten times over that he did this. cuz now murray will say mj did this to himself. he locked himself into the statement saying he gave him drugs all night long and locked the time in as propofol admin at 1040 so he's screwed.

IF there was lividity, IF there was rigor, IF he did make calls, IF he did botch cpr, IF he did get info and help w/the propofol, IF he tried to cover up this mistake...then they need to prove i.t

I totally agree. I also believe that they know far more than they've told us (the world in general), but they can't tip their hands just to appease the fans. And they can't rush into arrests and such, or that will cause more mistakes.

The family has been very vocal about their wishes to see justice done and all those responsible held accountable for Michael's death. And honestly, I think they are the only ones that the investigators would pay any attention to...even though it's not really about them. The law dictates the investigation, not the family or the fans or the public in general.

It's hard waiting to hear something and to know what's going to happen. But really, I don't see that we have any other choice.
 
We need to do our own investigations as well but I think that they LAPD is trying to build a strong case. I do hope they dont get bought by AEG or Sony? That is my only cause to worry. If that does happen then we will have to take a step forward..

Well, just keep in mind to take this "step forward" some day.I hope it won't be too late. I do not trust LAPD. They screwed up already from the beginning imo.
There is not an investigation issue here from us has to be shown, it is just a case of publicity which will make them worry about their image.
 
if there is a syndicate involved then investigations could take a while yet.i believe if it were just murray we would have heard more by now.

I agree with you. You can count on me, however I must say, I would love for the other fans to be right when they talk about not hearing anything could be due to the authorities trying to built a solid case against Murray and thoroughly Investigate ALL leads.

If we really want to do something there are two options:
1. To sign a petition showing our concern
2. To send a personal e-mail to LAPD here http://www.lapdonline.org/contact_us
There is only one e-mail address so far (questions and comments).

What is better 1 or 2?
 
u can't ask for anythinguntil u know what they're doing. since u don't know, actually trying ot email or push them further may show that they were working on it and we messed it up

SoSo, I am not planning to ask them anything about what they are doing and push them. I want to show them public concern in MJ case. This is it. I do not want them to screw up anymore and build a proper case. I want to prevent possible problems in the future. But there is no rush yet. This thread for now to keep people alert. I do not think that our e-mails will give them a big problem. They are not stupid to say what they are working on.
 
well if they're working then how can they check emails?

it hasn't beenthat long. this is a murder. u can't just make an arrest. if they do that and muck up,they've messed it up for the future. it takes tiem
 
So ,guys how are you doing here? Are we going to start this petition for LAPD? Anybody knows the best place on the net to do it? We have to do SOMETHING. Not sitting and waiting till they will drop MJ case. I have a feeling that they will. It is why it takes so long to arrest somebody not because they building the case. They may think if time will pass by ppl will forget MJ. Are we going to forget MJ? No way!
