We would all like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for taking some time out of your day to visit MJJC and celebrate all things Michael Jackson!

As you all know, May 13 (today) is the worldwide launch date for Michael's new album, Xscape. To celebrate the release of Xscape, MJJC is throwing the most off the wall virtual launch party on the web! Here you can connect with other Michael Jackson fans from around the world in our forums and chat room as well as on Facebook and Twitter. Share your thoughts and feelings about Xscape, as well as any pictures or videos you may have taken. You can also listen to the deluxe edition of Xscape streaming on our Xscape Fan Club page!

This day isn't just about Xscape though. It's about Michael's fans from around the world coming together and celebrating his legacy. Discuss with fellow fans what you love about Michael, and what makes him the greatest and also share your pictures and stories about Michael with others (if you have any). In the last few days it has come to my attention that some people are having trouble signing up for the MJJC Social Book. So to help everyone out, here is a quick little tutorial on what the Social Book is and how to sign up.


What Is The Social Book?
The Social Book is a social networking feature that allows you to connect with other Michael Jackson fans and MJJC members in a totally unique way. You can find friends, post status updates, share photos and videos, comment on other people's status updates and more. Very similar to the features you're already used to on other social networking websites.

How To Sign Up
To sign up for the MJJC Social Book, simply go to http://www.mjjcommunity.com and in the upper right-hand corner of the page, there is box that says "LOG IN/SIGN UP":

If you haven't done so already, click on "SIGN UP" to start the registration process. Don't worry- it is free and it only takes a couple minutes! Once you have created your account, an activation email will be sent to the email you specified during the registration process. Click the link in your email and your account will be ready to use!

Users of Hotmail and Outlook:
Unfortunately, our system will not send out emails to users of Hotmail or Outlook, but most other email services should work. If you are a user either of these services, we suggest getting a "temporary disposable" email address for the purposes of signing up. A great website to use (tested and verified) is http://www.guerillamail.com. Don't worry though- once you have activated your MJJC Social Book account, you can go back into your profile settings and change your email address

Using MJJC Social Book to Access Chat
Once you have signed up for your MJJC Social Book account, you will be able to access the MJJC chat room by visiting http://www.mjjcommunity.com/radio.
