Premium membership needs to be paid monthly, if not you will lose it. If you are paying monthly then you need to ensure whatever method you're using the email address on it matches your account here, otherwise, you will continually be removed from it.

As I said, I'm a patron so I pay monthly. and I haven't changed my email address, so it's a mystery to me why my status changed.
