What if Michael did a Millennium concert in 1999? And what would be YOUR setlist?

I've been thinking about this for a while now. As the title states, what if Michael did a Millennium concert in 1999? I know he already did the MJ & Friends concerts in 1999, but what if those two shows NEVER happened? Let's just pretend the two MJ & Friends shows never happened. I remember watching Michael's press conference for the two shows and him saying that he wanted to do something big before the end of the century. So what if instead of the two MJ & Friends shows, Michael decided to do a Millennium concert instead? A full-length show with him singing his biggest hits leading right into the year 2000. Everyone else was doing Millennium concerts, why not the King of Pop?

What do YOU think of the idea of Michael doing a Millennium concert? Do you wish he had done it? Do you think otherwise?

And if you agree with the idea, what would be YOUR setlist? What songs would you have wanted him to do?

I'm really inclined to think that he would have done some sort of Millennium concert if it wasn't for the MJ&Friends concerts he did instead.
Although I believe that the setlist would have been pretty close, if not identical to the one used during the second leg of the HIStory Tour.
However, here would be my preferred setlist:

1. Jam (only half the performance, with the second half being an interlude from Wanna Be Startin' Somethin')

Nobody would wasn't a UNIQUE set list for a UNIQUE date?! You can listen to Smooth Criminal any time.

Why not something to do with time? Bells? Or party/celebration? Skywriter for the fireworks?

I would have loved this but it was never in MJ's nature to do that sort of concert. Perhaps when he was in his J5 days. MJ loved big bangs lol, Having said that , if songs like SC were slowed down he possibly could have sung it live. Not a fan of Gone too Soon , i reckon it would have been She's out of My Life as that had the sorta "well known " song. Also as i have mentioned before MJ was not a fan of its not broken don't fix it.

No chance of Is it Scary or Another Part of me in that set list imo . Unless they were re recorded . His voice by that stage was hoarse af. If Threatened was performed it would have been lip synched or re recored either or not fun. Same with Dont Stop.
