It was sort of done in a group interview way. A few women chose to be anonymous because they thought they would get less work by talking about what goes on. Since the majority of the artists, producers, engineers, & other music business people they work with are male.

I don't remember if it was the last one, but I read a few pages in "The Man and the Music", several years ago. I still have the book, and I intend to finish it...but these days, its been pretty tough for me to slow my mind down so I can focus like that.
