What would u ask murray on stand?

Why are you trying to play everyone like idiots? And how would like your trip to hell, via coach or first class?

These are the questions I'd ask.

Would you mind a cardiac doctor administering a bunch of the dangerous propofol to you, unmonitored, and then walk out the room?

Are you a puppet of $ony?

I would ask him the same thing.. I would say as a cardiologist would you allow another doctor, untrained, to give you propofol as a sleep aid?

I would ask him if he ever in his professional life given any of his other patients propofol as a sleep aid?

Good one! Though I wouldn't give him the choice of first class, that ass**** has had more than enough priviledges for doing what he did to Michael on this earth already; if left up to me I'd ensure he had the worst economy coach and nightmarish trip to hell he could ever imagine!!

What is your definition of innocence, Conrad Murray? I really like to know. Cause so far, everything was said, it points out you are guilty at charge.

i would ask 2:

when u accepted to use propofol and knew it could be dangerous, did u know that the one u r giving the drug to is :heart:Michael Jackson? the world loves Him and He has 3 chidlren. did u ever told Him it could be that dangerous or u just wanted the money so bad that u'd do anything?

and

do you have any idea what you have done to the world? do you not realize that because of u, many hearts r brocken, many eyes r still crying, many lives r forever changed, so many things r destroyed forever... and nothing can be the same?

i bet he has no idea about it all.

i also came up with this one

Murray, if your child, mother or other close familymember, recieved propofol without any monitoring and died, would you say oh wel sad but not the doctors fault? Or would you want justice done and this doctor fired and locked up?

Love This One Also...:clapping:

or

murray was taking the risk of killing michael, what happend, worth with the money you may have gotten? which you dont..
no money and maybe jail... was that it worth?

I don't expect to see Murray on the witness stand at all.. He know he has absolutely no excuse for what he gave MJ and the fact that he wasn't monitoring him and had no equipment is insane.. He will not set foot on that stand.

I agree Murray probably won't take the stand, but mainly b/c his attorneys will advice against it. He seems so arrogant to me that I actually think he believes that people would believe him. I'm not a psychologist but he comes off as a sociopath to me. I can't comprehend how someone can tell lie after lie and have no sense of guilt or responsibility for their actions. I would never do what he did but if I did I would be saying sorry every minute of every day and trying to do whatever I could to make up for it. I would not be going so low as to try to slander a deceased person to cover my *ss.

If I were asking him questions, I'd ask him to explain all the inconsistencies in his statements, every last one. I'd ask him to explain the oath he took when he became a doctor and explain, in detail, how it is that he met this oath in caring for MJ. I'd ask him to explain what are the medical standards under which propofal should be administered and how it is he followed these standards. Whatever his answers, either he'll come off as ignorant or as a liar.

I wouldn't ask him anything I really want to know b/c I wouldn't trust his answer anyway. I'd just try to catch him in lies and inconsistent statements and try to emphasize how his actions significantly diverted from standard care and were the cause of death. I'm not sure I could get through an entire cross-examination, the guy makes me want to puke everytime I think of him.
