Eddie Cascio was Michael's friend but I don't know about the other one.

Iirc James Porte sang on the earliest versions of the Cascio tracks before Jason Malachi recorded them.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I'm probably forgetting more than I'm remembering about the whole situation lol.

Eddie Cascio was a member of the Cascio family MJ was friends with starting in the 1980’s until his death. Eddie was one of the sons, and he was an amateur musician/producer who reportedly got MJ to record some of his songs when MJ lived for a few weeks at the family home on Jersey in 2007.

He recorded some music related stuff for 'For All Time' and vocals for WBBS 08 there iirc. That's all though. MJ didn't record any of Eddie's music.
