Why am i getting a bulitun board saying i don't have sufficient permission?

I registered over 1 week ago and i don't have the sufficient permission to acsess other threads. I confirmed my email and still doesn't work,

And don't use tapatalk to make new threads because it adds a prefix to the thread which staff then have to remove manually.
