Why aren’t Michael’s kids hounded by the press like when Michael was alive?

I mean, it’s actually a good thing that Michael’s kids can safely go out in public and not be bothered or assaulted. In the early 2000s, before they were unmasked publicly in 2009, there was always the risk of them and their father being identified and mobbed in public. There was intense, almost unnecessary, focus on what the kids looked like and how Michael was hiding them from the public. Michael wanted them hidden and disguised so they can live a more normal life than he did.

But since he passed away and the Jackson family put the kids into the spotlight - no one really cares? Like, Prince and Blanket discuss the latest movies on YouTube, and Paris goes on tours as a musician/ singer - they’re fully in public view - but no risks of being mobbed and stalked?

When Michael Jackson was still alive, he wanted to have his kids masked publicly mainly because there was risk of being identified and kidnapped.

The risk of kidnap (and asking for ransom for their release) was very high at the time, considering that their father Michael Jackson was a wealthy man.

Because the media is mainly interested in drama, everything else is too boring for them and doesn't sell well enough.
 
His kids aren't interesting enough to hound. What hits have they made since he's died? And it's been almost two decades since he's died, so without him his gravity has less effect on them with each passing year to where now most people are absolutely not thinking about them at all. I know I'm not

Come on. Do you think that MJ was the only famous man in the world? Did any other celebrity mask their children in public? It was just MJ being MJ.
 
The kids use to get stalked daily when they were kids and lived in LA. Paris still gets papped fairly often and even Blanket does as well. Not sure how Prince avoids the paps, but theres less pap pics of him.
 
I feel like they keep it low key or a low profile in the public press. honestly good for them. I know Paris used to do some traveling in National Parks so good for her ! hopefully she still keeps up with it.

yes there were other famous people, but the stardom he had was and still is vastly greater than anybody else’s fame. Idk about the boys, but Paris has been harassed a lot. It could just be him having paranoia but I think it was justifiable. He was afraid of his children being treated like crap the same way he was and did what he thought would be best.

I don’t really know or care as of why they aren’t in the public eye as much. They can have a far more normal life than their father and I’m glad they get that opportunity.

I actually loved that he tried to hide their identities for so long, proof he was more caring about children than other people were
