Easy answer.....
1)it's hard to convict a doctor in california.... they are protected
2)they need as much evidence or the way the media say: need to complet the investigation to ensure they can for sure convict him of manslaughter... and depending on the findings... 2nd degree murder....
3)they only have 1 shot at this... so, i am HAPPY it takes longer then usual, it means they work on it...
4) go to TMZ.COM... they just announced today that charges should be coming within the next 3 to 4 weeks....
5)sit back, relax, and wait... i am sure it will be worth it.... it's not because we're not hearing anything that means nobody is working on the case... i know it's hard for all of us to wait, but, trust me... he will loose his licence and more.... courage, be patient, lots of us are waiting for him to "pay" for what he did... heck, any FAN would have definitely wanted to keep an eye on him litterally to ensure he was alright... so.. .
