Why was Branca's 2003 firing letter on the web?

This is the propaganda from Oxman. He said in his motion that MJ asked JB to return all his documents multiple times. Yet, there is just ONE letter. And Oxman said also that MJ asked him to resign as executor. it's false. In this letter, he never asked him to resign.
And so, MJ could have written a new will.

Oxman is pursuing his propaganda and some fans are failing in the trap.

Can we see this one letter? I'd like to see what it does say.

You don't have to ask someone to resign as executor. All you have to do if you don't want someone as executor any longer is take their name off your will and write in a new one. Michael could have easily done this. Whenever you change your will it automatically nullifies anything that was there before. Michael could have gone to any lawyer and written a new will which would have auotmatically superseded the old one.

R.Bain said in 2007 she asked MJ many times if he has a will or if he wanted to write a new one and she said that he insisted that he already had one and did not want to cange it.
she said this in a TV interview with Geraldo.

Here is the part that doesn't make any sense.
Michael fired Branca in 2003 because he found out some things that made him mistrust the man. The letter proves that.
I for one do not for one minute believe Michael would have kept a will in place with an executor he didn't trust, remember this will is from 2002. Barry Seigel stepped down as an executor after the 2003 firings.
Even if Michael did patch things up with Branca later, which we only have Branca's word on, there would have been a later will.
Something doesn't add up.

I tend to believe that Michael wanted the firing letter to go public for the world to see where he stood with Branca.
I would really like to see this June 17 rehiring letter though. I know it's supposed to be with the court and Katherine's attorneys know about it, but as long as I don't see it, to me it doesn't exist.
