With the seasons change...

Maybe it was Michael this morning giving me this idea of making some pics for you wonderful ppl... to cheer you up?
Last fall it was my boyfriend who said something to me that he thought as a very little boy in fall always God was sending angels to paint nature over night for making ppl happy.
And this morning when I went through our backyard I thought... maybe it is like that... that's the ppl who passed away are sending these colors, are making this beauty out there to cheer all of us up a bit... wow for me it has so much healing spirit to be out there... have a look...

call me crazy or stupid... whatever you want... but maybe it were my boyfriend and Michael sending this beauty?!
There's lots of comfort, a lot of healing out there in nature... I hope I could bring some to you guys also this way!

Its nice to see the pictures I guess, they are beautiful, nature has so much magic in it and you've gotta respect that.

As time goes on it seems like Michael moves further away :( I hate this life now.

yeah... it's hard...
I think we all hate when we do lose some beauty out of our lives... it that is a love relationship, a friendship, a good job, our health, one day our very own lives. It's hard. But that maybe is the most important lesson life is meant to teach us... to cherish what we have... nothing is forever in this life.

Then again I know in my heart noone and nothing is able to take away the love... the strength of my heart and soul... I can't wait to be together again with the ppl I love and who passed away already... wow yes... then again as long as I have the chance to be still here I'll not give up finding more beauty... I always do and that's certainly what keeps me alive... and it's maybe also the centre of my strength...

it's not only nature out there... it's for example also about ppl on this very fan community...

I feel so miserable in winter. It's in my nature too, can't help it.

If you put aside the loss of Michael, Do you feel this way every year honey? could it be possible that you are suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder... or its rather apropriate shortened name S.A.D?

Alot of people suffer from this with out even realising it. It is treatable and managable. It has a lot to do with lack of light exposure.

Animals react to the changing seasons with changes in mood, metabolism and behaviour and human beings are just the same. Many people find they eat and sleep slightly more in winter and dislike the dark mornings and short days and this is commonly referred to as 'winter blues'. For some, however, symptoms are severe enough to disrupt their lives and to cause considerable distress, these are symptoms of S.A.D

Symptoms tend to start from around September each year lasting until April, but are at their worst in the darkest months. Symptoms include:

•Sleep problems - oversleeping but not refreshed, cannot get out of bed, needing a nap in the afternoon
•Overeating - carbohydrate craving leading to weight gain
•Depression, despair, misery, guilt, anxiety - normal tasks become frustratingly difficult
•Family / social problems - avoiding company, irritability, loss of libido, loss of feeling
•Lethargy - too tired to cope, everything an effort
•Physical symptoms - often joint pain or stomach problems, lowered resistance to infection
•Behavioural problems - especially in young people

I love nature pictures but yes also think how Michael would love them :(

Oh shit :(

Winter can feel like a lonely time of year for alot of people as they dont like to go out and lack of sunlight but remember we are here for you if you need a place to talk

s.a.d can be treated in many ways and sometimes simply by buying special lamps which have fallen greatly in price recently

I love nature pictures but yes also think how Michael would love them :(

Oh I actually do have a bit of those things... Didn't know there's a name for it. We got a tanning bed at home which I use sometimes in winter, indeed just for the light...it really helps suprisingly. There are winters when it's worse than others, which depends also on the state of mind I'm in with things happening to me. Like now, it's probably gonna be quite hard getting through the darkest months.
Wish I at least had my 'someone in the dark', a lover to keep me company.

But well, I'll be fine...I have to be!:) Thanks for your post though!

@Motsey: No prob, haha.
