As always, Polish media can't get anything right. It's not the first time when they did it. When Michael got the WMA 2006 award for Thriller being sold in 104 mln copies, they said MJ sold 104 mln albums in general (meaning all album sales). I can't even count how many times they've done it. It happens ALL the time, with every single "news" they report.

Now i,m a little mixed up. Has Michael sold gold in poland or is it over the whole world. And i,m late coming is someone saying Poland didn,t report it right or what. sorry but could someone explain. Sorry i,m a little slow at this kind of thing , guess age is catching up to me.

Just in Poland Thriller25 sold 10 000 copies and that's gold in polish music industry :)

I ordered Zombie and Deluxe edition from HMV two weeks ago,and today I got only zombie...this is fuc*** incredible...

Ku**a nie mogę uwierzyć że MJ się od piątku sprzedał ponad 10 000.

Yeah, that's awesome he sold 10 000! And, moreover, this album isn't cheap! It costs almost twice as much as ordinary album! (75zl = $30 = 25 pounds!) How much is it in UK? Or USA?

At UK in HMV store I bought deluxe edition for just: 14.99Ł
and I've seen Zombie edition for 9.99Ł.

Cinderella, you are lucky one... Concert in 1996 - don't even mention, I was crying in front of TV for 3 days. My parents said "NO" and that was it. Even now I feel crushed when I think of it. It was my only dream - concert. And it remains until today.

Are you sure this is right? There must be something wrong in those figures.. If it'd sell 10 000 copies in Poland in a day then how much it will sell elsewhere..!?

OH! LOL! :lol: I thought it was one week haha. That is AMAZING, especially for POLAND, and it is EXPENSIVE, and an OLD album ANYWAY. LOL!

I wouldn't say there's something weird about that, Poland has population of 38,5 million and it's the 6th largest population in the European Union. And amount of 10,000 copies makes a foreign album gold. Here you can compare standards for different countries:

But it's rare that an album becomes gold just in one day. So we can say it's a great achievement :)

it did sell more than 10,000 copies in three/four days

75zl is NOT 25 pounds! It's 15 pounds. ;)

Yeah, right :) Thank you! Still, 75zl=15 pounds is a lot money for one album - re-release! Maybe 15 pounds is not much for UK people, but 75zl is for polish guys :) So it is pretty amazing that it became gold in Poland "in the day of its premiere" (Sony) :D

guys, what are you talking about?? you can buy it for 69,90 PLN like every other album. That's relatively cheap for so beautifuly packaged album with dvd.
