Yeah, they look completely devastated as Sneddon and Zonen want us all to believe, while doing their rounds of damage control on the networks [this morning]. Someone saw these same photos in Sun news, and the store keeper had said they were looking up at the news when it said a verdict was reached in the Jackson trial, so they rushed home to disappointment. Geeze Louise, wouldn’t a real victim be you know…somewhat HURT? Disgusted? Or would he calmly walk out of the store, STILL EATING HIS CANDY? That’s the only show of emotion there is here. Not anger or tears. Just chewing, like they’re watching a television show or telemovie?

Michael Jackson’s down-in-the-dumps teen sex accuser couldn’t keep his eyes off TV coverage of his sensational abuse case hours after a jury exonerated the singer on all charges. The handsome 16-year-old strolled into a corner store near his family’s Los Angeles home at 9:20 p.m. local time Monday to try to take his mind off the verdict and buy some candy with his younger brother.

But he found himself once again riveted to the around-the-clock coverage featuring his allegations against the pop star.

Photos of the siblings show the accuser munching a chocolate bar while he and his brother intently stare at a store TV screen to catch the latest news on his case, Splash News reports.

When the TV segment on his court battle was over, the boy and his brother headed out the door for their five-minute walk home.

Hours earlier, the boy had raced home from school on his bicycle — with just 10 minutes to spare — as it was announced a verdict had been reached.

He appeared surprisingly confident as he and his brother raced up to the doorstep of their family’s modest new home at 2:05 p.m. The teen was spotted smiling in jeans and a T-shirt, carrying a white backpack stuffed with school books, while entering the house with his two-wheeler.

As the brothers’ older sister opened the door to let them in, Jackson’s accuser turned to flash a reassuring smile at his younger sibling.

The younger boy had testified that he had seen MJ abuse his sibling twice from a stairwell at the singer’s Neverland Ranch in 2003.

After getting home yesterday, MJ’s accuser then huddled in front of the TV shortly before 5 p.m. with his mom, siblings and stepdad inside the home to listen as the jury’s verdict exonerated Jackson on all counts — and essentially rejected the cancer survivor’s tale of sordid sex abuse.

Within minutes, jurors would reveal that they didn’t find the boy credible — and that they detested his shady mom, who would snap her fingers at them while on the stand.

The teen remained in hiding with his family at home yesterday.

Prosecutor Tom Sneddon said the youngster was “discouraged” that the jury “didn’t believe what he said.”

“He couldn’t understand it and was down,” Sneddon told MSNBC.

Sneddon also called Jackson “pathetic,” while insisting, “I don’t have any vendetta against him.”

Jackson remained out of the public eye at Neverland in Los Olivos yesterday, but his dad, Joe, was anything but shy. The angry father ripped several TV reporters for their coverage before adding, “Michael’s fine, he’s gonna be all right. He’s doing pretty good.”

Later, one of the singer’s bodyguards drove down to the ranch’s gates to scoop up cards and stuffed animals left by some of the 100 adoring fans gathered there.

“Thank God Michael is vindicated for all time,” said one of his most loyal famous pals, Elizabeth Taylor. “Now, maybe people will leave him alone.”

So that would explain the night shots doesn’t it? These kids have had their reality warped by the mother’s madness. To me, these pics look like full, clear photos to be sold. If Gloria Allred is looking for kids to adopt, here are some prime candidates. They just need love and candy Gloria. Also being said that these look like another last ditch effort to squeeze some $$$ out of this whole ordeal. Quick, go to take pictures at the store so we can sell them and make more $$$ before no one cares anymore. Sad actually. So now knowing the back story, the pictures do look posed/set-up don’t they? These innocent children, going to the neighborhood candy store… (yeah, at 9:30 on a school night?) These pictures are bothersome to me beyond belief. They are calm, free, unfettered.

It would be one of my greatest wishes if the accusers would some how be able to come out and tell the truth and actually have the media report it!!!

I actually have a lot of faith that Michael's name will eventually be cleansed of all of these nasty allegations.

I hope that Evan Chandler gets what's coming to him. Such an evil man cannot go unpunished for the rest of his life. I hope someone that he trusts sets him up and backstabs him and releases the truth to he world about Michael... just as what happened to Michael.

Jordan is a grown man now and i hope that one day he will have the courage to speak out about what his father had done and that Michael had never ever molested him. I could really give a damn about the petty squabbles about everything else....who's the dad, who's relationship was real and who's was fake, skin disease or no, how many surgeries....blah blah blah.

None of that matters.

Michael was made out to be a MONSTER with one of the things he cared about the most and I hope his name gets cleared before I leave this earth.

The media will never admit to any wrong doing on their part. You'll see pigs fly before you turn on CNN one night and hear Nancy Grace, Jeff Toobin, and Diane Dimond all saying, "Wow, we were wrong all along. Michael really was a good person".
Never.
Don't worry, Grace, Dimond, Toobin, Allred, and anyone else who's ever trashed Jackson for the sake of "entertainment" will all get what's coming to them, just not in this lifetime. I have little to no faith that MJ's name will ever be cleared. Here's the way I see his legacy 25 years from now:
Phenomenal entertainer and artist, tainted and flawed human being.
The media's gonna play up that image of Mike til' the end of time. He'll probably always have this dark cloud hanging over him. Since his death I've noticed that the media has been working overtime to remind everyone that MJ is the King of Pop and not the "erstwhile" or "self-proclaimed" King of Pop that they were all referring to him when he was still alive. It's like they're trying to put out a fire that's been burning since 1993. Their form of damage control. Honestly, the Arvizos, Chandlers, Tom Sneddon and the media could all come clean and it still wouldn't repair MJ's image in some people's minds. Folks have been conditioned into NOT liking Michael Jackson for 16 years. That's a mighty long time. So the truth will likely never come out. Especially not since the media's credibility and reputation is at stake.
If I had to take a guess I'd say that the media will slowly but surely kill the whole "Jackson's a pedophile" image and play up the "Jackson's a great entertainer" image like they should've been doing all along.
But as far as the truth ever coming out? Nah.

lol bobby? he knew full and well that he was talking to mj's people. the only way he could've testified (bobby n the other friends) was if jc actually took the stand b/c it would've been hearsay evidence.

that's one of the reasons oxman was fired. he kept trying to contact jc and wanted him to testify.

I fear that you may very well be right. Media figures who used to bash MJ in the past are unlikely to admit to any wrongdoing. It's always possible of course that some other investigative journalist puts his or het teeth into this mess and comes to the conclusion that MJ was an innocent man. But Geraldine Hughes and Aphrodite Jones have already done that. They may have changed some minds - and we must thank them for their efforts, but overall their impact on public opinion about MJ has been limited. If Chandler or Arvizo would admit to lying it would be a big step forward and it would change many people's opinion about MJ, but even then some people still would have their doubts about a man who admitted to sharing his bedroom with little children. The only person on the planet who could completely exonerate Mike of all guild is Tom Sneddon, and I bet that he would rather die than do any such thing.

If those two would say that MJ is innocent it would make for a more sensational story. I think it would sell very well indeed. Chandler saying in an interview that MJ was guilty makes no sense since he's not allowed to discuss it in public. The only motivation he could have for giving any interview at all is a guilty consience - and thus saying that MJ was innocent. And if Arvizo gives interviews in which he says that MJ was guilty, wouldn't he be liable for slander because of the not guilty verdict?

But we're dreaming. The chance that these two characters will ever say anything is extremely small.

Remember the settlement? $25 millions have been given to Chandler's family.

the thing we have to try to remember is Jordan Chandler was only 13. Yes a 13 year old knows right from wrong, but I am very doubtful he made this up by himself. I think it is likely that his father, Evan Chandler made up the allegations, not Jordan, for money and it looks like he probably abused his son into doing this. I'm not saying that Jordan Chandler was right to say the things (or even just sign a piece of paper confirming the allegations) but trust me if you are repeatedly abused into doing something, you will do ANYTHING to make it stop ESPECIALLY if you are a child. it's like people who give false confessions under torture: they just want to make it stop.

I think we have to forgive Jordan, he was just a child, probably even an abused child, and turn to the real culprit: Evan Chandler.

I truly believe that if Jordan Chandler/Gavin Arvizo talked to the Jackson family and vowed to clear MJ's name by telling the truth, then the Jacksons wouldn't sue because they would be happy Michael's name is clear. I would be scared for the Chandler and Arvizo family, especially the boys, because people would send them death threats(probably get jumped on) and they would be dogged out by society. Someone told me that Michael is a restless soul now roaming the Earth because of this and eventhough An apology could not be made to Michael while he was alive,it could be made to The Family, Friends and Fans of MJ. When this is done then he can really rest in peace.
