ok delema time for me.. i didnt end up getting opus before.. i did the rational thing and paid bills a few months back.. and now im tempted to get it.. (thanks Britt for that BnN link).. should i buy it for myself for xmas? or should i not? i dont know what to do... :mello:

Well, Britt brought up to me that you really really need a good place for it that has at least three feet of room. So that may be one thing to consider. I'm going to have to pass on this opportunity because 1. I can't really afford it, and 2. I have no place for it where it could stay nice, and this is NOT a smoke-free house. I'd have to stuff it in a bookcase or something, which is something I don't wanna do. I'd like for it to sit out looking nice and decorate the room a little. I'd hate to see something so valuable and beautiful get dusty and stained with nichotine.

And what pisses me off is that I've been hearing that people have been either getting one or no gloves, and no reality card. Britt's supposed to be getting her reality card sometime in January or so, but it's ridiculous. You're paying this kind of money you should be getting wha'ts advertised all at once. This actually makes me kinda glad I didn't order it. I would have felt cheated and been all worried about not getting the missing stuff.

but if you want it bad enough, you think you can afford it, and you've got a good place for it where it will keep nice and such I say go for it I wish I could wait and get it later but it will be a fortune by the time I'm ready to get it

yea my opus came with 1 glove but i had an old mj glove and used that for the other one. you really need two. the pages make prints far to easily. make sure you have room 3ft square id suggest. its very heavy and bulky. no reality card yet. its suppose to come in january?
