Latoya - Vitiligo?

I've seen full blooded Africans with light skin so...
That's true. I know a lady that used to go to my congregation who was from Nigeria, and she was fair-skinned. And her lips were not full and her nose was not very wide.

We would be surprised to see how limiting our view can be when it comes to ethnic features among the different races of people.

Not ALL Native American Indians have high-cheek bones
Not ALL Europeans/White Americans have thin lips/noses and straight hair and light eyes.
Not ALL Africans/African Americans has full noses/lips, kinky hair and dark eyes, dark skin
Not ALL Hispanics/Latinos have brownish skin and dark silky-flowing hair. Some are light-skinned, almost white looking with blond or even red hair.

Here's a photo of Toy with the rest of that family, although I can a find younger photo of her. She has always been this lightskinned. And This is a unconfortable subject for me. I don't like doing this to the family.

enlighten, just trying to give a history lesson. My dad is extremely dark but his brother is honey brown and his sister is almost as light as my mom who is white. African American history explains why African Americans are different colors because we are mixed if not directly indirectly.

See latoya has always been light, it's just make-up and some bright lights that make her appear lighter. Like people have been saying black people come in all colors, it's all in the DNA which can go back generations.

??? someone tell me please

Naw, I think she's just light skinned....

I said African Americans. AKA----black people. I did not say Africans. I am speaking of American blacks.
I am part white and black. Mom is white dad is black.

It is not a big deal. Last time I check we have the same insides. We are all people.
I was simply saying black folks, no matter where we come from, come in different tones:yes:

Randy T also didn't believe Michael had Vitiligo and though he bleached his skin. Anyways La Toya has ALWAYS looked different from everyone in her family. Even as a child. From her hair to her skin . There are enough pics of her as a child online.

He didn't say that!

She always wanted to emulate the brother she was amazingly jealous of. She used to dress like him, talk like him, use the same acessories as him, talk like him, et cetera. So, it's pretty fair to say she bleached her skin in order to look like Michael who genuinely had Vitiligo.

Or...was it Jack Gordon's fault? *sarcasm mode on*

In the book "Michael Jackson: An Exceptional Journey", it states on page 75 of the paperback edition that "La Toya is the only other member of the Jackson family who suffers from vitiligo".

Thread cleaned...not sure why it's so hard not to insult each other? Kinda ridiculous.

Being as all the knowledge we publicly have about this has been shared in this thread I am going to close it now before it turns ugly. This is a private issue anyway, and we don't allow invasive threads about Michael or his children so I think the same should apply to an extent with the wider family.

Thanks. :flowers:
