One Legal Mess Resolved for Dr. Murray

Well, on the upside, he's at least resolved ONE of his legal <NOBR id=itxt_nobr_0_0 style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; FONT-SIZE: 100%; COLOR: #cc0066; FONT-FAMILY: inherit">issues</NOBR>.
Dr. Conrad Murray has settled his lawsuit against the FDIC regarding a loan he took out on his Las Vegas home!

According to legal documents, Murray fell behind on his mortgage in 2009, and in attempt to avoid foreclosure, attempted to mediate the terms of $1.65 million promissory <NOBR id=itxt_nobr_4_0 style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; FONT-SIZE: 100%; COLOR: #cc0066; FONT-FAMILY: inherit">note</NOBR> held by the FDIC.

After he was arrested for his involvement in Michael Jackson's death, however, the mediation fell apart and his financial documentation was seized.
<B>Although they initially attempted to have his lawyer dismissed, the FDIC has apparently now been cooperative, and according to their lawyers:
"Parties having agreed on the terms of a settlement and needing only to memorialize and execute an agreement and file a stipulation of dismissal."

However, something tells us that MJ's trial will NOT be settled so amicably!

Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's doctor, has settled his lawsuit against the FDIC. The lawsuit had to do with a loan he took out on his Las Vegas home for $1.65 million. When he fell behind on his mortgage he tried to mediate with the FDIC, but it fell apart after he was arrested for his involvement in Jackson's death.

The FDIC said in a statement, "Parties having agreed on the terms of a settlement and needing only to memorialize and execute an agreement and file a stipulation of dismissal."

Murder?

Definition: kill intentionally and with premeditation; "The mafia boss ordered his enemies murdered."

Don't get me wrong, he's guilty of a lot, but he didn't intentionally kill Michael.

Ya know i would believe that if he didn't

  1. fail to do CPR Correctly
  2. fail to call 911 at the appropriate time
  3. Run and hide
  4. change his story and time lines.
See i look at this from a First Responder POV. You have to look at it that way else the scene looks like an accident. But the scene i see when i think of this... Its Murder. Here is what i see...


  1. A Doctor who not only doesn't have the proper equipment to save someone if the worst should happen but a doctor who doesn't know the basic's of CPR.
  2. One who stops his rendition of CPR to clean up the room
  3. One who calls the victims son into the room as a witness to him "Attempting" (and doing it Wrong) CPR
  4. One who cares more about Money then the person he is supposed to be CARING for.
This all has Murder written all over it in my mind. What i see i have seen before. The Stuff "Doctor" Murray did a real and good doctor doesn't.

I'm not getting into this for the tenth time in as many days. Just do one thing, imagine for just a few minutes you're a Murray supporter, then, think about it all over again.
 
He's guilty of murder.....but IMO it's not premeditated. It's at least a 2nd or 3rd degree murder.

He had no business treating MJ in the home with the medication used. he didn't do proper CPR procedures.

For all we know, this guy got his doctor's license in the back alley of some Mexican slum.

The man was reckless no doubt. He should at least have his license revoked, and charged with 2nd or 3rd degree murder.
 
Not every article mentioning Michael is about him. Murray killed michael intentionally or not but this article is un-MJ related.

How can a doctor who practice Cardiology for many yrs do CPR wrong? Which is what Murray did....And that's sums it up for me! I say 1st degree just on that alone because their is literally no excuse around it!

I have a feeling Murray doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground let alone med's.

CPR is easy enough to understand and do properly if taught correctly. Obviously Murray took a skip day when they taught it.
 
It's funny how AFTER Murray brings Michael down, everything is just going so easy breezy for him now.

I guess God feels his pain and is taking extra care of him.....LMAO.

No. It's those devils taking care of him now. Thome Thome, Branca, AEG, Sony.

Also, on a side note, notice how Thome Thome came out again (I think last month), when all or most talk about him seemed to have died down. The people have others watching all boards for them.

ppl know i dont go for the premeditated murder stuff. but i hold my hands up and say if it came out it was i wouldnt be shocked. cause sometimes you have to think about all the crap he pulled. it does sometimes get to a point when you think how can a dr make so many accidental mistakes, how can he make such an effort to cover things ups.how many mistakes do they make b4 u start wondering if it was more than mistake. can a dr be that stupid and negligent by accident?

personally id say what he did comes under murder 2 by gross disregard and i fail to understand why there isnt xtra charges for the cover up and with holding info

No...... Its the fact that they dont care anymore. The less they care about a patient the more accidents will happen. In Murray's case "accident" isn't even in his vocabulary. It may not be premeditated murder but it is murder. Murray did things that I know you cant do as a doctor. How hes getting away with it makes me sick.
Murray needs to find god fast. Because after this trial and he gets off... I have a feeling a fan might take justice into their own hands and that wont be pretty.

theres different definitions for it in california. it isnt just about intent.what murray did could come under murder 2 in cali
