i guess he is kissing his hand , maybe a fan gave him a ring and he is kissing it , like football players, and sportsmen they do this all the time ! JMO !
He just brushes his hand near his mouth...just the way he's moving around....i'd have to find the show...i originally thought he was sucking his finger or something, too lol...but then i saw the actual performance...
