MJ Recording at the Cascio studio?

I'm sorry if this picture has been already posted somewhere, but I couldn't find it.

Is it MJ recording at the Eddie Cascio studio? Because i'm pretty sure it's him in the picture, and also, his look is just like back in 2007. And what is that microphone? Weird, hum?

Anyway, i'm sorry if I got something wrong with my English, I'm from Brazil.

I'm from Brazil, the biggest fan community we have is MJBeats. In their Facebook page, they posted this picture in the "Rare and unseen" album. I searched all over the MJJC forum and didn't find that anywhere, that's why I posted here.
In the pic's title, they say: "Is it Michael Jackson at the Eddie Cascio studio?"

This pic was posted first by "JacksFacts" on facebook, he claims it´s from his private collection, as he does of most of the pics he posts.

He´s very pro Cascio so it can be from their house.

I think if video/pictures existed of him recording in their studio it would have been shown by the Cascio's already.

Its a still from the video that went on sale @ ebay last year or the year before, which was footage of him recording in the studio. (NOT cascio)

Remember the auction? Somebody posted a quicktime video still-shot of it
It sold for thousands.
