Another delay. Are we going to see new theories being put forward by the defense via TMZ from now till September? The defense spend their time feeding unfounded theories to the news rather than doing their research for this case. They seem to lack basic common sense believing that they could put forward theories and the prosecution would have no rebuttal. They claimed before that someone came into the room and gave Michael the fatal shot, that he drank it, etc. and all the time they had no evidence to back up their statements. They should simply focus on the truth, then there would be no need to engage in these unintelligible theories; but we all know what that would mean--Murray caused Michael's death. The only thing that keeps me going right now is my conviction that Murray would be found guilty. I really believe that!!!

no matter when he will be judge Murray is guilty and everybody will see that!till then we just have to love Michael and spread the truth!

What? I'm not defending the family. But does it make any sense to be upset about it? They won't change only because we are pissed. So it's useless to waste your time and energy on being upset. And it makes the other fans only more sadder and angrier.

And thanks for the bad reputation, only because you don't agree on what I'm saying. :smilerolleyes:

i understand how you feel, believe me. people got to understand, Michael had a lot of medical problems that made him take medication. somewhere along the line he did became dependent due to pain, lies and stress. he have admitted that himself. so yes once upon of time he was an addict. but he did NOT take the drugs to get high. he had a reason to take them.
but what is important here is that he was clean at the time and i believe he had his addiction under control. having that said, Murray is going to play the game of "once an addict.......". but if he's going to bring that up then he is STILL guilty. Murray as a doctor should have know that with Michaels history supplying him with drugs is like giving a gun to a depressed person or giving alcohol to an alcoholist that have been souber for years. the bottom line, Michael probably had an addiction once to medications he needed to take BUT as the autopsy shows, at the time of his death he obviously had no dependency. if he did a lot more drugs would be find in his system. drugs that murray hadn't given him but that is not the case. media need to get that but they won't!

Murray's not playing the "once an addict" or "once dependent" game. He is saying that Michael was actively addicted at the time of his death, which I don't believe to be true. There are differences between addiction and dependency, but most people see them as the same thing which they are not.

maybe i*wasn't clear but that's what i meant. ok murray may not be playing that game but the media is . my point was also that no matter how one look at it he is digging a hole around himself.

We need justice and we will get it. Now, September or 2020. It is forever relevant. He must be punished.

Is this like the second time the trial has been delayed? There have been other delays in other things. I am just wondering if there will be any punishment or penalty to the defence if they keep doing things to cause delays? It's not right what they are doing.

4 and a half months, it's not that long. Let's just try to wait patiently and hope for justice.

I agree with you that Murray is digging a hole for himself, I really hope that he falls in it too. The part of my post that you highlighted was a general statement and not directed toward you. I wasn't insulted by your post, just commenting that addiction and dependency are 2 different things.

what I don't understand is how does Murray not think he's responsible? how can he even say he's innocent? he bought the propofol and other meds and stood there injecting MJ while on the phone. He obviously wasn't monitoring MJ's breathing, heart rate or oxygen levels. He then proceeds to give anesthesia without monitoring at all. MJ dies and Murray is there. How is he not responsible?

That rat knows he's guilty but he doesn't care. All he is concerned about is staying out of jail, keeping his medical license and carrying on with his worthless, miserable life. He could care less about killing Michael because he's a heartless sociopath.

I agree.... it's so sad that MJ trusted this fool with his life.. Why was this man even near MJ period? MJ wasn't sick and didn't have heart problems. Having a cardiologist around should've raised eyebrows if MJ didn't have cardiac problems

Murray just wanted to be around the stars. He started off treating Micheal's children for colds. What is a cardiologist doing treating pediatric patients with common colds?

you should know after 2 years that Etok is a liar and wasn't even credible.. The DEA already said who was investigated and they were all cleared with the exception of one who was referred to the medical board for using aliases, but other than that all of that garbage about 35 doctors and all these supposed drugs never panned out at all

sorry i did not know this..... :*( i just wanted to share for those who also didnt sorry if im the only one. I dont get alot of things because maybe im behind... sorry its something harsh to understand everything and i dont know something how to believe media etc.. but sorry again

edit: can i ask what she has done to be called a liar?

Etok is nothing but another Klein wanting her ugly face on camera as much as possible. She even lied and said Michael asked her to mother a child for him. Please! Look who she ran too for the interview? DD the witch from hell and we all know how she feels about MJ.

Don't feel bad about sharing hon. You didn't know.

June 3rd hearing @ 08.30

Status hearing today.i guess to see how the defence are doing getting their 'expert' witnesses.

Ill be at work during the hearing so will only beable to check my phone every so often.thanks and appreciation to those that can provide updates.
