All Evidentiary Matters /MJ's Finances, Murray's girlfriends, Autopsy pictures, TII Footage, Experts

Where did you hear this? Actually, it would make some sense out of all these 'theories' that we've been seeing. Michael did it to himself on accident, on purpose; Michael drank it, he injected it; it was a mystery intruder; it was demerol addiction; it was his 'other' doctors who are at fault... We haven't heard about aliens yet but I'm waiting.
What we haven't heard is murray saying: I screwed up, I did this, I didn't mean to, I was careless, I am so sorry. We haven't heard him attempt to take any sort of responsibility. It's as if he never ordered the propofol and benzos, as if he never chastised KO for sending Michael home and saying he, murray, was in charge of Michael's health so all others butt out. He acts as if there is absolutely nothing he did to cause Michael's death.
I still think he needs a psychiatric exam. He cannot be normal.

I agree. He's a sociopath.. He acts as if he did absolutely nothing wrong. I guess he still believes his standard of care was just fine. I guess he still believes it's ok to give a man a plethora of sedatives every hour along with anesthesia to help him 'sleep'. I guess it's also ok to not watch your patient's breathing under these circumstances. This man is a stone faced killer or either he's a sociopath. Something is not right at all.

I still can't understand why Mike's family is not showing an ounce of outrage over this crap.

Could you please give a quote? I remember that the question of Michael's hair came out during the autopsy report that not a paramedic report. Michael was wearing extensions which do not come off at night, so the paramedics could not describe him as "partially bold". As far as I can remember, this fact came out only during the autopsy. If you read otherwise, could you quote it?

omg...I can"t remember where excatly did I read that.
There was even a blure picture of a man on the strecher and the man looked bold.I am not saying that was Michael...I am just saying there are so many stories and we just can not know what is the true.
I certanly never dreamed I would have to talk about him in that way...and it breaks my heart to piecec.
And yes...Murray is a sociopath with no remorse. He is a monster. Or he is coverig some other a*** as well.

No, actually there are not "so many stories". Paramedics report got leaked (or released). There is no mentioning that Michael was "bold". I do believe that paramedics at the time had enough troubles in their hands to care for removing Michael's hair net and hair extension. Thus, he would not look 'bold" on the ambulance. Autopsy report got released, and there you can find a quote regarding Michael's hair. And I do remember the picture you refer to, for me that picture looked like someone try to 'prove the fake' by making very simple photoshop manipulation of bluering the face.

The fact is, there is no proof that the picture is fake. It may or may not be authentic, but there is no proof of it being fake whatsoever, only some very simple Photoshop manipulations by people who are convinced that the picture is fake. This is NOT proof. The only proof possible is if the picture's EXIF is thoroughly examined by an expert as well as EXIF's of the pictures taken at the same time. The paparazzi who took the picture mentioned that he took many but only one came out OK. I am not surprised by it at all, there is no camera in the world which can take a high quality pictures through the glass of the moving ambulance.

This is just my theory and I'm not saying all think they are, but cardiologists and neurosurgeons and such are regarded as primadonnas of the medical establishment and they consider it beneath them to do CPR. Murray knew how to do CPR. He just didn't want to.

Except that he did do CPR when no one volunteered, saying that he did it because Mike was his friend. If he did know Mike was already dead, he was playacting to cover up.

As to saying he did it because the person is a friend, pity the unfortunate person who needs CPR and is not his friend. I wonder if he did CPR on the two occasions where he supposedly "rescued" passengers on a plane.

Of cause he was playing cover up.same as his excuse for not putting him on the floor. He knew it was a waste of time but gave a stupid excuse that he couldnt lift mj when he twice his size

I have a question regarding those TII rehearsals recordings that willl be shown during the trial:
Is it the same footage of TWYMMF and Earth Song like in the movie or is it something else?

Top Secret MJ Videos Protected by Armed Guards!

6/11/2011 1:00 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

The last videos of Michael Jackson were so top secret, they were transported in an unmarked truck, accompanied by armed guards in the dead of the night ... this according to new docs filed in the Conrad Murray manslaughter case.

You ask what Conrad Murray has to do with MJ videos? Well, Dr. Murray wants to see ALL of the rehearsal videos shot for the doomed "This is It" tour. Murray's lawyers believe it could show Michael was in such a frail condition ... there were many reasons for his death other than Propofol.

Murray's lawyers subpoenaed the tapes, but now Sony Pictures -- which has possession of the videos -- is objecting for several reasons. Sony claims there are more than 20 boxes of videos and it would cost $200,000 to log and reproduce all of them.

But in the docs, Sony describes how top secret the videos were to the studio. Sony lawyers say, "When they were transported to the Sony lot in Culver City, the transport in an unmarked truck was accompanied by armed guards in the dead of the night."

When the tapes were in an editing bay, security guards were posted outside the door and no Internet access was allowed in the room.

And a Sony honcho also submitted a declaration which says the videos "have a high monetary value inherent in their potential for future uses. Those uses include one or more 'anniversary editions.'"

thats weird right? because i thought before this is it was made *the movie* they watched all the 100 hours of rehearsal so why would it cost that much??

Cause they are saying they would have to copy them.

I presume this is what was discussed at the last hearing.wonder if the pros has filed a motion about this.didnt the judge make a comment about this at a previous hearing.cant remember. Something to the effect of u can can sub the footage but whether its allowed to be used is another issue.or was that for something else.

Sounds like a fishing expedition. There was nothing cited in the autopsy that would have lead to Michael's death other than what he was given that night/morning.

I don't give a crap if the tapes show he fell, he forgot song lyrics, he couldn't dance, etc. None of it matters. It is only about what actually lead to his death. And I will take the coroner's findings over someone watching videotapes of rehearsals.

At some point for Michael, the facts will have to count and not the rumors and innuendos.

This is so sickening. He should be here living his life.

well said even the judge has used the words fishing expedition several times.

I would assume it’s because Sony plans to release bonus editions of the movie with never before seen footage in the future. I’m sure the unseen footage is still very valuable to Sony seeing as MJ’s legacy will continue to grow as future anniversary’s pass.

Surely Michael looking frail or ill would be a shot in the foot for Murray? Why would you continue to give the drugs he did if Michael was in such a bad state? Nonsense.

LOS ANGELES —
(…)
“What’s admitted will be Michael Jackson singing. What will not be received will be a picture of a cute little girl and orcas and flower and fauna,” the judge said.[/B]

Defense attorney Edward Chernoff objected to showing the film footage, claiming it was edited to present Jackson in the best light.

Pastor said prosecutors can only show footage from Jackson’s rehearsals on the two days before his death on June 25, 2009.

That was Judge's answer to DA motion, but what about Defense motion for raw material? Their motion has not been published in lasuperiorcourt yet (only DA motion is published).

I also wanted to inform you that they discussed the footage of This Is It being subpoenad from Sony and was told they would not have before trial began and couldn't get to them until if I recall coorectly around the 4th. Chernoff or Flanagan asked Judge Pastor to make the prosecution wait before calling Kenny Ortega to testify until after they'd had time to review the raw footage once Sony had turned it over to them. Judge Pastor said if the subpoena was issued for a certain date for the material to be delivered then he would not address that issue until then and that Sony would need to comply with the subpoena. He declined the defenses request to make the prosecution wait for Otrtega's testimony after Walgren informed the court they would have to juggle a lot of things around to accomodate the defenses request adding that Ortega would be out of town at some point and it would be difficult to move their witnesses around.
??.....

Well it seems sony are fighting the sub.and so far it hasnt been handed over so the next hearing maybe about that.

The judge shouldnt even allow this footage to be used if the defence want to enter some as evidence as its irrelevent. And i presume the pros will object

Murray should've known if MJ was weak, frail etc, he was the doctor for God's sake. Seeing footage should not have made a difference to him. I hope the judge points that out that as MJ's physician he should've been well aware if he was physically and mentally able to perform or not. So is Murray saying now that MJ was weak, yet he continued to pump him full of sedatives and anesthesia which made him even more weak and frail?

judge aint gonna point anything out its not his job.

o is Murray saying now that MJ was weak,

u know what hes saying. this isnt new info

Murray’s an idiot and so are his lawyers. How the hell does showing Michael was sick help them? Murray was hired as Michael’s personal physician not his drug dealer or baby sitter. If Michael wanted a dealer he could have gotten one a lot cheaper than 150,000 a month. It was Murray’s responsibility to monitor and assure Michael’s good health and well-being. If Michael was weak, frail and sick at rehearsals why was Murray yelling at Kenny Ortega for sending him home to rest and recover? Any way you cut this case Murray is responsible and as guilty as hell.

Michael had no life threatening health issues according to coroner report. Murray and his team are just trying to
place reasonable doubt in the mind of jurors with these ridiculas claims. But it all boils down to what Murrays actions
were on June 25th that cuased Michaels death and ...

Im sure the Prosecution will keep the Focus on Murray and his actions that Morning. the rest is irrevelant

He was irresponsible and left Michael alone under the influence of propoful _ That is blatant disreguard for human life.
Had he admistered and monitored Michael as a REAL dr should. He could have responded correctly and Michael would
still be alive today. Instead he got LAZY and CARELESS and broke the Drs code of ethics which caused Michaels death
MURRAY HAS NO EXCUSE IN THE WORLD TO JUSTIFY HIS OWN ACTIONS. He will be CONVICTED by his OWN actions

Wow go qbee! :)
your right, and others too, if michael was so frail days before why put all those meds in him? i really cant think of a reason how this footage can be a help to murrays team..

He should have monitored michael, always, frail or no frail footage, and he should have told the paramedics which he didnt so he knows he was wrong, he knows it! Thats the bad part about it, this defense is helping a man who knows he was wrong and killed the most loving person in the world, and for what?? A few bucks less a phonecall to his 10000 girlfriends?? For pleasing michael in a way he knows is to dangerous?

Do you believe if murray would say in trial, i didnt know propofol is dangerous and that it should be given while monitoring the patient fully??
I dont!
Do you believe if murray would say its michaels fault he made me do it?
Bullshit, i dont!
