Michael - The Great Album Debate

I'd say burn tonight is the last straw (if there wasn't one before).
If anyone think that's our MJ singing...

Agreed....Something tells me, however, that there will be several more 'last straws'

Burn 2 Nite.. :hysterical:

It's so bad,the lyrics are just pfft and the naff hee hee's are just :D

If people hear Burn 2Nite and still try to defend these disgusting songs, then they simply cannot be fans. It needed to be said.

...i listened to it...and i dont think theres a doubt in my mind. MJ couldnt have sung this at all....its not him. its impossible. YOU CANT SCREW UP THAT BADLY ON VOCALS!

.....sobs in corner. *****why is this happening*****

Ok, Burn 2Nite is a Cascio track. I saw a believer say 'It's a Jason Malachi song, close this thread!' :mello:

And I'm saying to myself, 'But....but.....but...they ALL sound like Jason Malachi!!'

I think some other Cascio tracks sound more distant from MJ.

in the order from best impression to worst: Monster, All I Need, Keep your head up, Stay, Breaking News, Burn Tonight......

I can't really say which one is the worst and deviates the most from MJ's true vocals cuz they all sound the same to me! lol

I can't wait to see what new excuses the believers come up with.

yaaaaaaaa wtf is up with burn 2nite? it's not even funny anymore. i mean, it was never really funny. but now it's REALLY REALLY not funny. if this track gets anywhere near an mj album i'll go ballistic

PS: @claudiadonia consistently has the most amazing signatures, how ridiculously good does mj look in that gif? my goodness . . . that's not even right.

Is the Jason Malachi Vevo on youtube real? Cos Soldier Boy was just uploaded to it and credited to Jason.

Edit: It is not his account.

Really? Why don't you just defend what you believe in? Just curious... I don't know why you'd let a comment like that bother you.

perhaps it is. He would put some other junk there to fuel his career a bit more.

Just because it may be a fake VEVO account doesn't mean it's a fake account.

The version of SB on that site sounds more higher quality than the one I have, the hit-hat drums are crisper. However, this could be done by cheap audio enhancement. Still, it's strange considering that many of the other songs there are crap quality.

personally I see it as disrespectful. nobody has to agree with other people's opinion but at least you'd expect respect or at least expect it to be evaluated with an open mind and THEN be criticized. why would I bother to type up anything if I know that people approach to it with the predetermination of "excuse"?

^^but . . . but . . . like . . . wuh? cuh? shuh? *loss for words*

i just don't know what to say. you gotta understand--it's just impossible for me to wrap my head around this. it's like what part of this sounds real? burn 2nite sounds real? what are we fighting about? i don't understand.

what do we need here, a videotaped confession? i wrote a lot more to this post, but since it's all "my opinion" i just deleted it, since i guess it's not relevant to the debate.

btw, ivy your twitter background is off the hook

it's just impossible for me to wrap my head around this.
you're right I don't know what they have to do to my brain to make me enjoy burn tonight.
and it could be easier for me as an MJ fan if I could just sit and say "oh Michael, you're great" while I'm listen to that tune.
But I don't see how that could happen because I don't hear MJ there.

if burn 2nite was the greatest mutha effing song i'd ever heard in my life (which is far, far far from reality) i would still hate it for what it is: a lie and a deliberate affront to millions of grieving fans. taking advantage of unconditional love. i've said it before, and i'll say it again: i don't know how they sleep at night.
