For uk ppl ive sent a few emails off about it been shown on the red button.addresses were hard to find though so dunno of they have gone to the right place

i doubt it. stuff like that is normally just for the jurrors eyes. but who knows ivy?

this is what happened during the Casey Anthony trial Court tv carried it until 3pm eastern time. Then HLN picked it up until 5pm eastern time. So if they follow the same pattern then this is what took place. and as far what pics will be shown....that is up to the discretion of the judge...usually only the jury will get those pics for reference if they are needed. But usually the report from the coroner stands as evidence. Guess we shall wait and see I highly doubt that they are gonna allow the autopsy photos to be floating around the world.

I doubt they will show photos to the public on live TV.... that would surely be inappropriate.

I also doubt they'll show the autopsy pics on television... anyway, didn't Joe said he'd sue anyone who publishes pics of Michael dead?
I bet he's just waiting to see if they will show these pics to sue someone.

What's being shown depends on the judge. Most probably he will not allow the cameras to show them. However people in the courtroom will see that and I'm assuming an unauthorized leak could happen. In most cases evidence used in court cases also becomes public record after the case is over - for example murder scene photos of Nicole Simpson had became public. Only way to keep them private is if the judge seals it.

I personally think there's a good chance that 2 photos (pre autopsy pictures btw) will become public / leak sometime in the future.

Question do you think a lot of people besides MJ fans will watch the trial. I was reading about the trial and most MJ detractors seemed annoyed with the pre-trial coverage.

Pretrial coverage is disgusting. In Session has DD, Mike Garcia (bodyguard), Steve Manning & Anthony DeCurtis is on - they're going to have a question answer session in the afternoon.:puke:

I don't know where to put this. Diane Dimond is on an hln show and she is trying to push Michael as a pedophile. I can't believe I saw that. She disgusts me. Luckily these 2 people who worked or knew Michael are going against her. She says she tries to see both sides on things. Horrible lady.

Sorry to ask this, but when exactly will start the trial, I mean with the killer in the court, all the lawyers, prosecutors and witnesses ?

The 27 september or later ? If they have the jury Tuesday per example, it's mean the trial start on Wednesday ?
