LISTEN: They Jury needs that picture ingrained in there mind .. its important - Its not about us or our feelings
its about showing the Jury over and over and over what Murray did to Michael - In thier face so to speak _
I hope they show it often to the Jury - so they cant get it out of thier mind

My heart is pounding and Im literally shaking and I can stop this is so painful

They didn't say it was a voicemail, they said it was a voice recording made by Murray. They've been specific about voicemail's so far, I don't think they would make that mistake. But it's possible that it is a voicemail.

No, it was not a voicemail. It was recorded on iTalk, which I understand works as a disctaphone.

they did not mention why , and he did say MJ was highly under the influence during that recording and he did mention that Murray was treating him at the time with propofol and benzos but during that recording they can't tell what substance Murray used . but he made sure the jury knew that Murray was there and Murray was responsible for that situation .

The prosecution is telling the WORLD exactly what type of person Conrad Murray is. The only thing on his mind was MONEY and being able to buy pretty little trinkets for his stripper girlfriend!

Haven't posted in a long time, but I just want to say that the picture and the recording we heard were just heartbreaking. I never wanted to see that, or hear that.
 
Man, not only were Murray negligent he was freaking cheap. He couldn't even invest well in the stuff he did buy.

Cheap bastard.
 
I think they keep using the photo to shock the jury and make them realise what he did to Michael!

I don't think I can handle all this... and it's only day one, I can't stop crying

Not a voicemail, he said it was recorded by Murray, had Murray's voice and MJ's , and it was an evidence Murray was aware of what effects those meds were having on MJ .

They showed the pulsox (that's spelled wrong) that Murray was using on Michael to monitor his vitals. The DA said it was pretty much the worst and most affordable device of it's kind on the market.

Of course he wanted to threat Mike! He just wanted money! He killed Mike this bastard! He will not live long time! Just with this first day, the jurors can see how is he, a liar whi killed a man FOR MONEY BECAUSE HE JUST WANTED MONEY!
 
Oh my, I can't stop crying. I guess the tears will dry and anger will take over when we hear the defence. Hang in there guys. *hugs*

What I can't figure out is if Murray was really treating Michael for that long, how did he screw up so badly on the June 25. I ind it hard to believe if he did something like this almost everyday for six months.
 
To everyone who replied to my post about the voicemail - thanks for correcting me, the photo and that recording made me lose all concentration, so I guess I misheard. If it's a recording from a phone call, then yes, why would Murray do that?
 
is there a way to hear that recording again? I still have the chills from it :(

No, put it like this, me and you were sitting in a room and having a conversation, I took a phone out, put it on the table and hit the record button. That's what they're saying Murray did to Michael during that recording.

@ MJStarlight, it's on TMZ. And on HLN they're bringing up good points about the reasons for the recording, one is saying that perhaps Murray was going to play it to Michael to show him what he was doing to himself. But I don't buy that because merely two days later he ordered more propofol for Michael. At the same time the woman says, that the recording incriminates Murray and they can't really figure out why the hell he recorded that in the first place.

Damn! It was difficult to watch... It makes me cry... My hugs to everyone of MJ Family. Only together we could go throuhg this case... Sorry for pathetic but it was really terrible...
 
This is just too much for me. I'm gonna pray and hope for the best. I can't handle this at all....

Same here. When HLN replayed it, I put the TV on mute..

N oh lord.... I just seen the Nancy Grace commerical for the trial.
