Murray Trial - 30 September - Day 4 - Discussion

It is just so sad where we are now. I miss the days of wondering where Michael was and what he is up too and if he was okay.:(
 
I have a question...
With the timeline that Muarry gave of what he gave MJ that night.. does anybody know if MJ actually went to sleep that night because there was about a 4 hour gap between the time Muarry claims he finally gave MJ propofol and what he gave him before that??

I do to... or the hype around the speculation that he would show up to an award show
 
Exactly, but now the defence are saying he could have been putting them away so nobody (children ect.) could get hold of them.

how sweet !!!! why did he then leave valium, lorazepam pills, klonazepam, flumax.......etc on the night stand ? he moved all the drugs he was giving to MJ and left the meds prescribed by other doctors.

Technicians were installing new super device which can detect murderer in radius of 100 meters. When device detect murderer alarm is activated.
One of the technicians accidentally turned on new device and alarm was immediately activated with radar pointing on Murray (visible on device monitor).

Yep! Plus had he told folks about propofol and didn't make it a big secret, putting it up and out of the way might have seemed like he was being a wee bit cautious. The fact that he didn't tell anyone about it AND put it away is a big slap-you-in-the-face red flag. He was clearly up to no good, not trying to keep anyone safe.
 
It's been quite a stressful and painful week... I'm still quite depressed and shocked by some of the things seen and heard, and will not be able to get this pain away for quite some time... I truly hope and wish that everyone here has a restful and peaceful weekend to ease the pain we've gone through this past week and be able to get eough energy to face the rest of this trial! HUGE HUGS to all of you... as Michael said it, let's "Keep The Faith"! Love to you all MJ Familly =)
 
I am very sad,,, Mike should still be here.. If only he had someone like the fans around him that cared. Murray didn't care about MJ. He saw dollar signs and hoochie mamas. That was all that was on his mind

Btw...when the news outlets stick to the facts, they aren't so bad. Watching HLN right now. They are debunking Murray's defense like we pretty much have based on the AR. When they start talking foolishness and smack tho, I know how to hit the mute button or change the channel.

BTW does anyone remember how the judge ruled on the autopsy photos? something else, one of the paramedics stated in an earlier testimony that Murray gave them a syringe , none of the two that took the stand talked about that particular syringe .Hopefully that was the third paramedic , why walgren moved to Dr. Rachel ?

This is devastating but I have to say that I am delighted that it is being televised because I walked into shops and noticed that the papers had, for a change, FACTS AS HEADLINES.

They are'nt gonna show the autopsy photos in court are they? a photo of MJ deceased has already been released so hopefully they won't see the need to release those in court. To see those photos plastered all over newspaper and magazines covers would be so heartbreaking!:(

Oh, for all of you who are keeping everyone informed, I thank you. I'm not able to catch up on anything until i get home from work so big thank you guys.

This is just me but they don't need to show another picture of Michael. The one that is everywhere now is enough.

I've managed to handle a lot of things... but I don't think I'll ever manage to survive seeing this picture you are talking about, I pray to god that it wont be released, there's no reason at all this should be shown! I could even try to get over the first picture some day and make my peace with it, cause I could just think he's sleeping... but... oh god, can't even think about the other one... I just can't handle what they are doing... I'm so sick of this, I'm sick of living in a world where Michael isn't! I just get these moments where I get so sick and tired of missing him that eats me inside to a point where I just don't want to get up in the morning! I just want the pain to stop...

This week has been TOO much for me I'm so glad court for this week is over I need a small break to gather my emotions

Finally decided to start watching the stream regularly today. I think I can handle watching it now because before I planned on not watching any of it (not if they decide to show the autopsy photo though. God that would be the worst thing ever :() I think it's better to watch, easier then trying to catch up with everything at the end of the day. Of course the power went out in my house today, so that really sucked and I missed part of it. So, I'm really thankful the summaries are here. Hugs to everyone :huggy:

Something just came to me about the issue of Alvarez and Murray moving the body vs. Paramedics arriving and seeing MJ still on the bed or JUST being moved. I originally thought maybe they moved him to the floor during the 911 call as Alvarez said but then may have put MJ back on the bed again for whatever reason.

Is it possible they DID move MJ back onto the bed and THAT is how his beads got under him. Remember his beads left a mark on his back (just above the hip area, I believe) and it left an imprint that some felt was consistent with lividity (meaning Michael was indeed dead already). Some of us had talked about the beads when the AR came out but we could never guess HOW they would end up under MJ unless someone placed him ontop of them. Naturally, if he was conscious when they were beneath him, he would have felt them and made an attempt to remove them from under him.

The question then becomes WHY would they move him back onto the bed...IF that's what they did? I missed some bits of Alvarez's testimony cuz I was at work and was hoping to watch all the testimonies this weekend, but does anyone remember what Alvarez said happened after he hung up with 911 and the body was supposed to be on the floor?

Imma check Ivy's summaries thread to see if the info is in there. Might answer my question until I get to the vid tomorrow.

ETA: Thanks, Ivy for the awesome summaries. Seems after hanging up with 911, per Alvarez, Murray put the pulse thingy on MJ's finger and asked if anyone else knew CPR. Alvarez did compressions while Murray did mouth to mouth til paramedics got there. No mention of moving MJ again. Hmph! :mello:

I can't quite recall, but wasn't there supposed to be omission of sensitive evidence/material from the televised coverage? Surely if there were going to be distressing photos shown further in the trial that those would be omitted from view except for inside the courtroom. Although, then again, if that were the case the first photograph that caused us all so much pain wouldn't have been shown either. Does anyone know?
 
I've been watching/listening to the live feeds of the trial as much as possible from my Android phone this week but I have exceeded my allowed 5GB of data and now T-Mobile is slowing down my web access speed until Oct 15 which makes playing streaming video impossible, darn. I cannot play streaming media on my work computer, nor am I able to pick up any w-fi on my phone so I'm pretty sure the same will be for my netbook (but I will try). Is there any other way I can at the very least listen to a live feed of the trial? Like are there any am or fm radio stations airing the trial or are there any websites where watching streaming video on a 3g network is not a problem? I will be so disappointed next week if I can't watch or listen to the trial as it happens.
