This is a very interesting piece of evidence, but all it shows is that MJ didn't include any of the Cascio titles on that particular list. None of the Will.I.Am songs are on there either and neither is, say, "Slave to the Rhythm". For all we know, there might be another piece of paper in that house with all 12 Cascio titles written on it.
Besides, there’s a point that I’ve made very early on, which is that MJ may have recorded those Cascio tracks as a favour to the Cascio family, which were basically housing and feeding him and his family was he was sort of “homeless” in 2007. Maybe he wasn’t himself particularly keen on actually having those songs on one of his album, seeing as how he usually worked with big-name producers.
