****UNRELATED TO MJ****
Actually, I just remembered a term in German, that sounds rather colloquial, but goes along the 'situational addict'. "Quartalssaeufer" for example describes someone with addiction (alcoholism), who typically doesn't drink, but who 'falls off the wagon' in certain intervals- every couple of months etc. Meaning that alcoholism is still an addiction, even times passes between episodes of that kind.
****UNRELATED TO MJ****
Of course one tends to flip thanks to people like Pinsky, who love to shove down their worldview of addiction in plants, animals and anything that moves down your throat (and pretend that playing oracle without ever speaking to the 'diagnosed' is somehow a contribution to easing the stigma of addiction)- but I wonder if MJ fans flipping out to that degree at the mere mentioning of 'addiction' reflect their own views on addiction. I'm not about to excuse hatas who love to disqualify MJ for their own inferiority reasons- but Frank Cascio is certainly getting a taste of what Michael went through in life- with every Joe and their mother analyzing every move and word.
