LOI means the interest in the negotiation and the conclusion of a contract is expressed. But it has regularly not legally binding.

So I think there is hope the deal will not happen.

Here we go again with "I want to make money off Michael, so I will sell something with his name and give kids a few hundred to pretend it is all about kids". I think we have all seen this, with the Cascio guy's book, some of the family's different projects, Johnson ....

Basically Michael is exploited by all races, domestically and internationally.
 
The old Mystery drink kind of tasted like the "Rockstar" Energy drink from what I remember of it anyway, But I was like 15 or 16 back then and one of my cousins that is a flight attendant brought me back some of them back then.

I hope this doesn't see the light of day, Dieter must be broke or something trying to resurrect something that wasn't to popular in the mid 1990's. ..Like the old saying goes, "You can't polish a turd" and this is a "turd" of an idea!

When did you get a chance to see the willy. Maybe rather than sending him congratulations on his business venture, he should receive a card saying "sorry for the death of your latest venture."
 
Sorry to say, but I for one look foward to this. It is the ONLY energy drink that actually doesn't taste like week old coffee mixed with some odd fruits. I loved it back in HIStory, and I'm sure to drink it again if it shows up in the stores.
