This lawyer is beginning to sound like Randy. How could Katherine laugh at the report that she had a stoke when it was here children who put that information in a letter. Plus Jermaine tweeted about it? I would be mad at my children for doing that.

I see Randy sent us another X17 tonight. He still does not know that the estate hired security, which is why he and Katherine cannot fire them. It is very hard for Randy to learn anything!!! Now we have the attorney saying he met with Katherine, while Randy just informed us that TJ and security prevented Katherine's lawyer from coming to the house.

I have noticed something this pass week that really disturbes me. Maybe I missed it maybe I just did not want to see it but when did it become poplar for black folks to put on a happy face and act like everything is OK? Remember Michael never sugar coated Joe's abuse never he always spoke about it while the others were too busy trying to cover it up or say oh it was not too bad or Michael didn't understand. All the kids wanted to do was talk to their grandmother. They were denied that and it scared them to think something happened to her or something was wrong. The way they lost Michael so suddenly and so unexpected that those feelings they felt that day will always be with them. I think being with Katherine makes them feel closer to Michael and they have their little family with her like they did with him. When she suddenly disappears they got scared and worried.

What Randy, Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie did was on purpose and they didn't consider the children's feelings at all. Katherine was suppose to go to a concert not a spa resort. The kids were never told they would have no contact with her at all. They handled it badly and it was like emotional abuse to me. They damaged any relationship they had with those kids. Janet said she is the "favorite aunt" or something yet I doubt Prince, Paris and Blanket would favor her in anything right now. Michael would hate what his children went through at his family's hands. i jsut wish Katherine would wake up or stop tolerating her children's behavior and put her grandkids first.

Katherine Jackson was finally able to meet with her attorney, Perry Sanders, on Thursday night, at her Calabassas mansion, two days after the attorney flew to Tucson to see the Jackson family matriarch and wasn't allowed to see her, and she laughed at reports that said she had a stroke, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"I had a long and productive meeting with Mrs. Jackson. I am pleased to report that she is fine and she laughed at the widely publicized report that she had suffered a stroke. I will be releasing a formal statement tomorrow morning regarding the results of the meeting. There will be no further comments made between now and then," Sanders told RadarOnline.com in a statement.

Sanders arrived at the house shortly after 6 p.m., and the meeting lasted for almost three hours, according to our sources. "Perry was able to finally talk to Katherine by himself for the first time in almost two weeks. Katherine didn't wake up until after 1 p.m., because she didn't go to bed until 4 a.m. She has been talking to her grandchildren all day, and learning what was really going on. Needless to say, Katherine was extremely distressed and concerned about the grandchildren," the insider told us.

Reports circulated on Thursday night that Sanders was refused entry by Katherine Jackson's nephew, Trent, who lives at the house, and TJ Jackson, her grandson, and temporary guardian of Michael's three children. "That categorically never happened. Perry arrived at the front gate, and was allowed entry immediately. In fact, TJ and Trent were SO happy to see Sanders as they both know he truly is an advocate for Katherine's best interests. The person that is spreading those false rumors about Katherine is causing all of the drama in the family right now," the insider tells us.

As a Black man, is a question I'm still trying to figure out. It's Old School vs. New School. That's all I can say for right now...

The problem is, these people seem to think Old School=Good. When in this case it's not so at all. To me it's shocking that people like Gladys Knight can say things like "if I was her guardian she wouldn't have any teeth left by now" and think that it makes them look good. It makes them look horrible and abusive people who should not raise children!

It doesn't matter if 30-40-50 years ago many people were raised like that. It doesn't make it good. Since then we learnt so much more about child abuse and child psychology. Noone needs to beat their child if they pay attention to the child and take time and effort to be good parents. Michael didn't need to beat them, yet they are smart, clever, intelligent, loving children. All this talk about them being "out of control" is BS. It's just Randy's propaganda that he distributed to X17 in a sad attempt to try to explain why they were not allowed to talk to Katherine. Also it's not "out of control" behavior if someone worries about her guardian whom she is not allowed to contact. I don't think Katherine would be returned until this day if Paris hadn't called them out on their BS publicly.

I'm glad that Katherine has been informed of everything that has happened...I was starting to turn against her, but as both Prince and her lawyer have said that she was badly lied too, she clearly didn't know what was going on...and we all know her children are pathological liars, and mothers tend to believe their children!! I'm guessing she had no reason to suspect that she was being lied to by everyone around her... And if TJ say she sounded drugged I'd believe him! I still find it very odd that when the finally let her call home, that it was at 3am. Wtf was that about!?

I hope that she knows now that YES her children would do horrible things to their own mother just for money.

As for these women saying they'd beat these children..they should really watch their mouths...can you imagine if Michael ever did an interview and said that if daughter was out of line that she'd have no teeth .. La Toya Jackson is a conscientious objector ... REFUSING to take part in the Jackson media war ... because she believes all of the PUBLIC feuding is damaging the family name.

Perry Sanders Jr. is ready to have Katherine Jackson sign paperwork to be reinstated as guardian of Michael's three children ... Paris, Prince and Blanket, however we've learned exclusively that TJ Jackson has instructed security to not allow him into Katherine's Calababas home.
Our Jackson family source tells X17online exclusively:
"TJ won't allow Perry to do his job and won't allow his grandmother to speak to any of her children. Trent and the security team, who Katherine fired already, are refusing to leave the premises. They also won't answer the phone at the house. Family members are worried sick about Katherine's safety. Once again, they are using trickery. "
Just yesterday, Tito Jackson's 34-year-old son was granted temporary guardianship. However, as X17 first reported, Katherine's attorney Perry Sanders Jr. is ready to file paperwork "asap."
We told you first that Katherine fired Trent and the entire security team before leaving her vacation spot in Arizona to come home. Our family source, who heard the phone conversation, says Katherine directly told Trent, "You better be gone by the time I return home." Trent replied with the following: "We don't work for you, we work for the estate. We're not leaving."
The Jacksons tell us they believe family advisor John Branca was behind the confrontation on Monday at the Jackson estate between Janet, Randy, Jermaine, Paris, Prince, Trent and the security team.
Family members add that Branca "is trying to paint a picture that under Katherine's supervision, the kids aren't being cared for." They also believe TJ is being coached by Branca.

And yet the Jacksons did a televised reality show. Have written books detailing family business. Have gone on talk shows detailing family business.

It seems to be okay when you're getting paid to discuss family business or want to promote agendas or yourself. Or because you’re an adult. But frightened children turning to the only recourse adults have left them is wrong. For Prince, it was due to great disappointment and anger.

I was one of those never in favor of them being on twitter. Not yet. Social media may be part of the normal experience now. But just like they can't go to the mall without a bodyguard, their normal is different. There are way too many crazies out there. I didn’t want them exposed to them. Especially on a world wide scale. To Randy it is ok to beat wife and kids, after all he spend time in prison for beating his wife and baby daughter (14 month old at the time) and after prison, he went to psychiatric ward because he couldn't behave!
