Michael's mom reported missing /Grandma's Home/TJ appointed Co/Guardian with Katherine

Re: A Letter From Grace Rwaramba

I guess she will not be hearing our comments, because you may have to be a friend of hers to contact her.

I wonder how Paris feels about herself when she hears/sees people blaming her, and it is embarrassing that most of those who do so are older women: Gladys, women on the View, Grace. The only younger person who told her not to tweet family business was Chris Brown. No one comments that before the tweets, 4 Jacksons had already exposed their business in a letter. No one is commenting on how they should have kept the business quiet, though, because it is easier to pick on a child than an adult.

I know Paris is a strong girl, she once stated that when people at school tried to get to her by being mean or tried to bully her, it wouldn't work. I know deep inside she might feel bad about it, but being the strong girl she is I would expect her to ignore those people and keep on.

Diana Ross Weighs In on Michael Jackson Family Drama

300.ab.ross.021212.jpg

Michael Jackson's will expressly stated that, if for some reason, his mother Katherine couldn't care for his children in the event of his death, then he wanted longtime friend Diana Ross to look after them.

That doesn't appear to be happening anytime soon, even though 82-year-old Katherine Jackson lost custody of Prince, Paris and Blanket last week at the behest of grandson T.J., who has been appointed his cousins' temporary guardian.

Ross has finally spoken out, however, in response to a report that she will sign off on a proposed joint custody agreement between Katherine and T.J., which E! News learned yesterday was in the works.

Which of Katherine Jackson's children are banned from her house now?
"All interests are best served if it remains private," read the singer's terse statement in response to the increasingly tangled web being woven around Michael Jackson's children.

Probably so, but the kids' aunts and uncles opted to get from A to B (whatever B is, no one has quite determined) in as public a fashion as possible so far.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

^Anyone who is boycotting Bad 25, is essentially boycotting Michael. They need to think long and hard whether they are really fans of Michael or someone else...

That is the point though, they are essentially not Michael fans. They are Jackson family fans, and the fact that Michael was a J5 member is just a bonus to them. They seem to have a distorted sense of cause and effect. How does it follow that because some of us do not condone granny snatching, fighting in front of children, child kidnapping, & abandoning responsibilities of a guardian, ect., as a result a decision is made to avoid the Bad campaign. On the one hand we have only Jackson adults against 3 underage children and their inheritance and on the other hand we have a celebration of ONLY Michael's art/craft. I guess Michael's art/craft is of less importance to allegiance to Jackson family values.

Anyway if they do not buy, there will be more products for us to buy. I just found a 7 year old autistic boy who has limited speech but loves Michael. He dances to Michael's videos and the mom said he sneaked a Michael video to school. I guess little kids like that will now be able to get some bad material.

Diana Ross Will Sign Off On Michael Jackson's Kids New Custody Agreement
Created 07/31/2012 - 1:49pm

By Jen Heger - Radar Assistant Managing Editor

Diana Ross will sign off on a new proposed custody agreement in which Michael Jackson's three children, Prince, Paris, and Blanket will have two guardians, their grandmother Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson, son of Tito, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
"Diana has no qualms whatsoever about the new custody agreement, she only wants what is best for the children. Diana knows that the children are old enough to decide who they want to live with and she defers to what they want. While Diana hasn't been a big part of their lives because she lives on the East Coast, she is very fond of them," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Michael Jackson's will stipulated that if his mother was unable to care for the children, Diana Ross was his next choice.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, last week, Judge Mitchell Beckloff, stripped the Jackson family matriarch of her guardianship of the three children because no one could reach her for over a week. The judge said he made the ruling not because of any wrongdoing on Katherine's behalf, but because she had been prevented from fulfilling her guardianship duties by an "intentional act from third parties." Judge Beckloff told all parties while in court last week, that Diana Ross, and Debbie Rowe, mother of the two oldest children, needed to be provided notice of what was transpiring.

The children have been embroiled in a vicious family struggle for more than a week now as Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson battle over the late King of Pop's will, which they claim is fake. Michael's nephew TJ has been a constant presence in the children's lives and their attorney stated in court that they had no objections to him being appointed temporary guardian.
On Friday, it was announced that Katherine and TJ Jackson, would be petitioning to become co-guardians of the kids. The paperwork is expected to be submitted this week and the judge will have to sign off the proposed agreement.

Diana did not want problems :nono:, she knows that family is a hot mess, obviously she followed all the events in the last days. :fear: I agree with everything she said. -_- :fear:

Estate statement in regards to people not allowed in Calabasas Residence send to ET

"Following the events of July 23 in which certain members of the Jackson family showed up unannounced at the Calabasas residence of Michael Jackson's mother and children, causing a very public disturbance, the attorneys for the Estate of Michael Jackson as lessees of the house were requested by Charles Schultz, attorney for TJ Jackson, Jr., the newly appointed Temporary Guardian for Michael Jackson's children, to send a list to the security gate of people neither TJ or the children wanted allowed on the premises in view of the incidents that had just taken place. The list may be amended and managed by TJ Jackson Jr. or the Estate when appropriate. It is imperative to the Estate that from this point forward a safe and appropriate environment be provided for Michael Jackson's children and his mother."

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

I can't believe how this has split the fans...just saw on twitter someone accusin mjjc of "brainwashing the masses"... And that we're pretending to love Michael just to hate his family, that real fans wouldn't hate his family..there's some boycotting Bad25...
This is crazy!!! Michael and his kids should ALWAYS be first in the mind of a fan.

I wouldn't worry about what people say on twitter about MJJC and such. It's been a tactic of people whenever they see someone say something they don't like to try to discredit them with "Branca / Sony/ AEG plant" or any other defamatory thing you can think of. The fact is that MJJC is strong and independent and vocal and therefore we would attract such discredit campaigns.

That brainwashing comment is actually an insult to our members, we provide you the information as best as we can and a platform to discuss. The rest everyone else comes to their own conclusion.

Remember, these aren't MJ products. They are Sony products.

Although I agree that everyone has a right to buy or not buy whatever they please, I don't agree that these are Sony products. These products do have Michael's name on them and they are MJ products. Don't get me wrong I don't think a bad product would hurt his already established decades long legacy, similarly a good product would not suddenly create a name for him - as it's already established. but IMO every product is a part of Michael's posthumous career.

I dont know if ivy has said this on here but on her twittter ( hope u dont mind me saying this ivy ) but she said the debbie row /ET interview is an old one from 2004, its totally irrelevant to what has been going on now

Yeah quite irrelevant. They just showed bits from an 2004 interview while mentioning Debbie's marriage-divorce-kids with Michael. In 2004 Debbie said she thought her marriage to Mchael wasn't a big deal, she complained about media , how they followed her, how they try to get a bad picture etc. they mentioned she can't talk about the kids due to a confidentiality agreement. They asked what is the saddest thing during her relation with Michael and she said she can't talk about it and even though she could she probably wouldn't - it seemed like she was hinting the saddest thing was about her kids and probably how she doesn't see them much etc.

Diana Ross urges privacy for Jackson children

FILE - In this Feb. 12, 2012 file photo, singer Diana Ross arrives at the 54th annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. Ross, who was named by the late Michael Jackson as a potential guardian for his children, said Tuesday July 31, 2012 that she issues affecting the children should remain private. LOS ANGELES (AP) — Diana Ross says the recent turmoil involving Michael Jackson's children and the appointment of a temporary guardian is a private matter and shouldn't be playing out publicly.

The singer writes in a statement to The Associated Press that "all interests are best served if it remains private."

Ross was named in Jackson's 2002 will as a potential guardian for his three children if his mother was not available to serve. A judge suspended Katherine Jackson as the children's guardian last week after a 10-day absence and instructed the temporary guardian, TJ Jackson, to notify Ross of the changes.

Court filings on Friday indicated that Ross' attorney had been given notice.

The 68-year-old singer and Jackson were longtime friends before his death in 2009.

Re: A Letter From Grace Rwaramba

Well, well. Michael did not raise a daughter who will lay down and be the doormat for others walk over.

You know that Paris hit a raw nerve when a bunch of adults (largely female...) want to 'reign in' the teenager and merely manage to expose their own issues.

Nobody who has someone's 'best interest' at heart will pull the 'daddy taught you to respect your elders' guilt card. Way to make backhanded comments.
Whoever wrote this, congrats on just coming across as reveling in cat fight mentality. Why a bunch of grown women (supposedly...) feel the need to publicly try to shame a teenager will forever be beyond me.

Pathetic. To describe this letter as 'backhanded and passive-aggressive' is being mild. Note: Whenever someone says "You're pretty xyz, for being xyz." - run for the hills and don't bother.

Why does it feel like all these ladies want to impress Michael by demonstrating their scolding abilities that nobody asked for??? Give it up ladies, no point in that anymore.
And note the misogynie (coming especially from women: Gladys Knight, this letter) - I am assuming the letter was relayed in its entirety. I guess again it's only girls who oughta straighten up, fly right and keep the family mess to themselves, or something? Things don't apply to Paris' brother? Say wut? Pathetic.

Applause.

I wonder if the Jacksons asked her to write that letter.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

If people cannot see that the actions of the signers were negative, due to their biases against the estate/album, then debate is limited because these biases hamper the ability to examine facts/situations in an objective and rational manner.
If people cannot enjoy any product produced by the estate because of their feelings about the last album/estate, then some people are essentially denying themselves the opportunity to enjoy something new and they miss out on some new life experiences. If that is the way they want to live, that is OK.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

Yeah I agree Ivy on the twitter thing...there has been fact after fact posted here since this all began...I'm not sure what is in the minds of the people saying these things, what had happened is clear as day to me, and I'm sure 99% of the people here as well.

It's upto us now to make this Bad25 campaign huge and honour Michael and his kids.

Re: Diana Ross Urges Privacy for Jackson Children

It is my opinion that Michael Jacksons children (Michael Jackson Jr., Paris-Katherine, and Prince Michael II) should leave the presence of the Jackson family and go live with Diana Ross and allow her to be their legal guardian. Katherine Jackson can visit them at Diana Ross's house.

Re: Diana Ross Urges Privacy for Jackson Children

I believe, in private, Diana Ross keeps in close contact with Michael Jackson's children.
This gives me great comfort to know: "They have a friend that they can trust."

Re: A Letter From Grace Rwaramba

maybe it ist wrong....but

All these women Janet J., Gladys N., Grace R. are at least middle-old woman, and Paris is young und is on the beginning of her life.
I suppose this is a type of generation gap.
Possibly... It is not only about raise; it is also about competition between womens.
Who knows.

By the way: Was Grace not fired from Katherine because her publik telling about Michael to D. Barak?
And what is the difference between her and Paris?:
Paris was worried about her Grandmother --- Grace wants ony twaddle und just get attention.

Re: A Letter From Grace Rwaramba

All these concerns about Paris being on Twitter would have more credibility if they had been expressed when Paris first got on Twitter or when she was bullied through Twitter by complete strangers. However, these people worry about Paris being on Twitter only now that it exposed the schemes of some family members. So that makes me think these people worry about the public image of the Jackson family rather than about Paris.

Also focusing only on Paris and her tweets distracts from the real issue, which Grace completely "forgot" to address and express concern about. That alone tells me that Grace is not unbiased. Maybe she's still in contact with some family members. Wasn't she close to Jermaine?

Why the constant criticism of Paris as if she caused the whole drama, when it were adults' very questionable (maybe borderline criminal) behavior that was the real cause? Where is the criticism of Randy, Jermaine, Rebbie and Janet? Did they do nothing wrong, Grace? Oh, I forgot that according to Grace they are only trying to protect the kids' best interest.

Now I know why Michael fired her.

OMG. Is she on drugs or what? What benefit would any one get by being raised by the Jacksons? Probably there are some decent fam. members there, but Michael's siblings, and imo, his parents don't know much about what it takes to be a decent person. There's no benefit there.

"They will say and tweet stupid things and even offend the very people trying to protect their best interests."

Teens will tweet for any & for no reason at all. But Paris & Prince didn't say anything stupid and they didn't offend anyone. It'll be interesting to know how not letting the kids speak to their grandma is in the best interest of the children.

"Michael loved his children very much. He gave them the tools they will need to become good and decent individuals."

Then, they didn't need to be raised by other family members. They had the benefit of being raised by their father. Besides if you have a child, you are the one who has to raise him not your family.

"I am confident that in time, Paris and her brothers will learn that their family loves and wants what’s best for them. Until then, please take her tweets with a grain of salt.

I didn't get that. Is she trying to say that Paris is lying? I wonder what does she think about Janet's text?

"No child should have 700,000 followers on twitter or any other social media platform"

And who's responsible for the number of followers, Paris or the people that follows her?

"Please, be fair to Paris... It breaks my heart to think that Paris and her brothers could become the subject of endless criticism for simply being kids."

She's not being fair to Paris and ask people to be fair. Really, who's criticizing the kids here? I want to believe that she had good intentions, but i don't think it came out the way she wanted it.

EXCELLENT JOB!!! I love how you worded things...it made me laugh but I agree with you 100%!!! THANK YOU FOR THAT!!!!

Re: A Letter From Grace Rwaramba

This line is killing me "They did not have the benefit of being raised and disciplined by other family members who loved them."

She's been around Michael for 12 yrs. right? I'd love to know if she saw enough contact bet Michael & his fam during those years to believe they kids missed such great benefit.

That post, from Paris is just a kid & kids makes mistakes to take what she says with a grain of salt, have made my head spin.

She is calling Paris stupid and is discounting everything that Paris has stated, and she does not eve know it!!! WHAT A TWIT!!!

It bothers me as well how people are acting like this is all Paris' fault...who really started it? THOSE NASTY BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF MICHAELS!!! Goodness!!! People are more concerned with family image than they are protecting children who are a part of the mess!!!

Re: A Letter From Grace Rwaramba

Some of you guys are seriously overreacting.

And bringing up irrelevant things that have nothing to do with the topic.

Bottom line is she is defending Paris and clearly is concerned about the girl...
Notice Prince is not the main topic of this letter, (he stays to himself and is hardly ever making headlines in the media like Paris).

Even tabloids can see that Grace was defending Paris. "'She's spirited and dramatic!' Former nanny defends Paris Jackson's Twitter outbursts - saying she was the apple of Michael's eye"

Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbi...-saying-apple-Michaels-eye.html#ixzz22H0YW7vA

Paris doesnt need a twitter. She's always getting into arguments with random people and making silly headlines. (Like the recent Justin Bieber one). Befriending crazy fans. Most recently - she got on tinychat with this infamous Michael Jackson poser who use to go by the name "Broken Trusts" I believe. Its creepy and Michael would never approve of all this.
I wish Paris had more of a stern guardian in her life I really do. Hopefully TJ would be that for her now since he will share custody...

ETA: I dont agree with everything Grace said in her letter but I know her intentions are good.

I don't know who's behind this Twitter. Could be someone posing as an insider or could be a real insider, I don't know but interesting:

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson8 funny how you are trying to keep @parisjackson and @princemjjjaxon quiet yet you continue to be the "source" for x17online

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson8 that's right, everyone has known for years that you have been their source on everything Jackson related.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson8 you want to claim the estate is trying to isolate your mom but isn't that precisely what you Jermaine, Janet, and Rebbie did?

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson8 remember when you crashed your vehicle through the gates of the house Michael was renting in Vegas?

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson8 Barron and Boyd pulled their guns on you. You want to claim now you were there for an "intervention". That's such BS!

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson8 How are the depositions for the AEG lawsuit going? Afterall, getting $ from them was always #1 priority, right?

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson that's why you all were so quick to begin calling Michael and addict within days after he had passed.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson8 Michael knew exactly how you were (all of you) and that's why he distanced himself and his children from you all.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
Funny how the two people (Randy and Jermaine) who directly went to the estate asking for $ were the ringleaders in taking their mother away.

What @jermjackson5 really means by "we are One" is "anything that belongs to Michael should also belong to us"

Perhaps @jermjackson5 and @randyjackson8 would like to explain what really happened at one of their supposed interventions in Vegas

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
they were so concerned about Michael and his health that they suggested he embark on a nation-wide tour with the family

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
because, you know, that's the way to help an "addict". Michael refused and just days later stories started come from "sources" claiming he

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
was an alcoholic, abusing prescription pills. etc. Some tall-tale always seemed to emerage in the tabloids after Michael refused anything.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson8 remember during the trial when you tried to get Michael to sign over the rights to a portion of his catalogue?

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson8 he refused and you claimed he was drunk. No, he was smart. Anytime something didn't go your way or he saw through your BS you

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@randyjackson8 went to the media with your ridiculous claims. He knew, he always knew Randy.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth

I still can't get over the fact that this entire thing was three years in the making.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
They schemed and plotted for three whole years and this is the best they could do?

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
And these genuises think they should be involved with Michael's estate? #hahaha

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
He didn't name any of you in his will (whichever one you want to use) for a reason. It's time to build a bridge and get over it.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@JanetJackson remember how you told Oprah the family was aware of Michael's "problem" and there had been several failed interventions?

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@JanetJackson When did those occur? When Randy crashed his car through the gates of the house Michael was renting in Vegas?

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@JanetJackson Nope. Didn't happen then. Randy showed up high telling Boyd and Barron that Michael owed him money.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@JanetJackson Or maybe it was the time you all showed up at the house unannounced...

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@JanetJackson Wasn't then either. That was the first time (of many) after he returned to the US that you asked him to do a family tour.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@JanetJackson Was it in May of 09 at your parent's wedding anniversary celebration?

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@JanetJackson Noooo that's when you all asked him if you could somehow be a part of the This Is It Shows

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@JanetJackson you all are pathetic. Michael always said that he loved you all but that he had to love you from a distance

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd Gooooood morning Dr. Klein! How's my favorite (yeah right) cosmetic dermatologist doing?

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd I see you still have your license. That can only mean one thing- the psych test haven't taken place yet.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd It's been a few years since we last spoke and there's been something I've wanted to say to you for a while.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd You were convinced it was Debbie who ratted you out to detective Martinez...but it wasn't Debbie at all

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd If people only knew how cruel you were to Michael and what you said to him when you saw him in Oct. 08...

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd Remember the comments you made about his face? I know you remember. And you claimed you were only telling him as a "friend"

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd You were never his friend. When you looked at him you saw one thing $

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd always talking him in to having "minor" things done...

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd and if he refused to would tell him what "could happen" or "might happen" if he didn't have the procedure

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd Then you & Jason decided you'd go to the press. But it was worth it, right? That $ helped you catch up on the back-rent that you owed

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd You knew the one person who could refute your claims wouldn't come forth b/c she knew Michael would never want the press hounding her

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd I could spill all of your secrets but I won't because I'd like to think that someday you'll develop a conscience

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@awkmd #thanksforyourtime I won't be contacting you again. It's just been so long since we last spoke & things build up over three years.

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
Everyone knows Rebbie and her husband have always been Stacy Brown's go-to for Jackson family info. His "source" = Rebbie/Nathaniel

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@JanetJackson isn't it true that it was @randyjackson8 idea to try to convince people Michael was an addict after he died?

Enough is Enough‏@LongLiveTruth
@JanetJackson he felt that was the only way the family would be able to get $- if you all could convince a jury that Michael had a problem

@JanetJackson the Janet that you present to the media is far from who you really are. People are starting to catch on, though.

The Jacksons (the majority of them) are more than willing to use the media when they believe it will benefit them.

Prince, Paris, and Blanket are going to put an end to this family's legacy of getting the media involved by telling half-truths.

Re: A Letter From Grace Rwaramba

I don't know if it's the age gaps or what but these women don't remember what it's like to be a kid. I'm only 9 years older than Paris and I remember being 14 very well, I see alot of me in her because I'm very outspoken and loud and make sure I get my point across. They're blaming Paris when all she was doing was bringing attention to an issue than needed to be heard as well as defending herself.

If Grace's opinion mattered to the kids she'd still be part of their lives and wouldn't have been fired.

These adults need to try go back in time and remember their teenage years... And no one has been in Paris's shoes, we've all be 14 but none of us lost Michael Jackson as our dad as well as losing the only life we knew and sent to live with the very same people she'd been warned her whole life not to trust.

Keep on twitter Miss Paris! Make yourself heard.
