Michael would want ownership and control of his tour in the end right? He was always very protective of his work and what he gained. It wasn't his first tour so he had to know what he would get from it. I get confused because people try to make out that Michael didn't know what he was doing and was tricked but when it came to his work he wanted ownership and control. People make it sound like he was bullied or something. I don't know what to think at times.

What I get is that the Jacksons have 7 lawyers and AEG has much less. The Jackson lawyers accuse AEG of stalling the case even though when the case was postponed Katherine had not finished her deposition, and Randy, Janet, and Jermaine are still hiding; so how were the Jacksons ready for trial in April.

We are to believe that AEG, in attempting to stall the trial, leaked emails that showed them in a bad light? How stupid is this!!! Then they hear that Mann, who is Katherine's business partner, say he gave the e-mails to the news, and they still claim that AEG leaked the e-mails. How stupid is this? Oh and the Jacksons have worst evidence than the e-mails which will make them win this case, so why don't the lawyers make the hiders do their depositions. The hearing sounds like an unruly mob fighting. The fights for Money, really brings out the worst in people. Poor Michael paying for 7 lawyers.
 
I feel bad if Michael felt bad in any way about these shows. I remember that I wanted him to perform again but I only would want him to do it if that is what he really wanted to do you know?

fans who were there said he was smiling when he went home from his last rehearsals.
It was hard work.
If you haven´t done exercise for years and then start again it takes time to get it again.
I mean the kind of exercise when you are on a floor moving and jumping to the music,trying to do the same moves as the leader but you do it wrong in the beginning.
If you are 50 you are more stiff.

Most of the hard work was over for Michael and the fun would begin when Murray changed that.
It´s strange how Michael could do rehearsala considering the drugs Murray gave him,I think he had a strong desire to do it.

there won't be any info. The judge has listened to the oral arguments and now considering it. Anything between 2 to 4 weeks is normal. We will probably have it reported by media as soon it is available.

documents aren't posted but I would assume that it is probably about the deposition date. Perhaps Randy wasn't able to do it by Oct 26, and they might be asking to change the date. We will see it when the documents get posted next week.

I agree. This is just wrong on so many levels, in my opinion. To me, everything about those emails leaking keeps coming back to the Jacksons and yet they and their lawyers are still trying to play hardball by blaming everybody else. I'm sorry. But I don't believe them.

I don't believe them either.. and if Randy didn't give his deposition yesterday then in my opinion it makes the family look even more suspicious. Randy doesn't have a job that we are aware of and he's not touring with the brothers so what is holding up him giving a deposition?

Jackie said in one interview that Randy is going to join their tour next year, at the moment he is doing nothing but scheming against executors, and badgering mommy dearest.
Maybe he is busy planning another plot against executors. Granny-napping didn't go according to plan, so its back to drawing board for Randy. Mind you, if granny-napping planning took 3 years, we won't be hearing from him in next 3 or more years, hopefully.

Randy scares me.. his 'it's not ova' tweet after grannynapping failed demonstrates that he is not done scheming.

why they even going back on tour when loads of shows were cancelled cause no one cares. are they seeing the chances of $ slipping away.

I've always wondered about this 'tour' myself... It doesn't seem to be making money and like you said half of the shows were canceled anyway. I know Katherine went to a show or two but has any other siblings went to their show? and I don't think Joe has even showed up to even one show has he? Joe and Leonard Rowe were so set to join in MJ's 02 gig but Joe won't even go see his other sons perform? That right there tells you the truth..

Joe showed up to the Vegas show. Last week they did 2 rescheduled shows that had been cancelled at the beginning of the tour. So they did make up some of the originally cancelled shows.

oh thanks! had no idea that he went.. did he bring Leonard Rowe in to try and get in on those gigs too?

No, I'm pretty sure he had his buddy Majestik with him. Edit: I just checked and it was said he brought friends to the show so Rowe may have been one of them but I don't know for sure.

Randy Jackson's deposition is set for November 6.

They filed it on October 25th saying they had a hard time communicating and organizing a deposition date. At the end Randy says he would sit for his deposition on November 6th. AEG lawyers agree to this date and they ask the judge to approve it so that Randy won't be in contempt of court.

The judge approves the delay saying that Randy would sit for his deposition on November 6th.


And a note : as there's no extension filed for Jermaine, it's safe to assume that he sat down for his deposition.

What Randy is doing that makes him so busy with that he cannot sit his deposition?
He seems to be typical bully, tweeting insults toward everyone and giving interviews to tabloids accusing people all sort of things, but when it comes to saying the same things face to face, he hides.

Another note, I would LOVE to read Jermaine's deposition:D
Unfortunately AEG is not as tacky as "some" of the Jacksons, so I doubt we will see J&R and Janet's depositions leaked.

I wondered the same thing.. what exactly does Randy do that has prevented him from sitting down to do a depo for almost a year?

^He's not busy at all. He's just trying to be the hard man, holding up a big corporation by delaying his depo by a few days, showing them who's boss (or not in his case).

It reminds me of what mj said about him on those audio tapes leaked by the moonwalk ghost writer back in the 80s.

This whole thing was his idea and he is probably the last one to do his deposition. He never thought AEG would play hardball with him and his family. He thought like always Michael's actions and reputation would be dragged through the mud. That's okay as long it's not them right? Never thought they would want to know their lives. He lived off Michael's generosity and so did his kids by the way. He is pushing 50 and still needs to live off Michael and uses his mother to do it.

I know in families you help each other out financially, emotionally, etc. But does anyone in the family try to make an honest living? Do they try to take care of themselves instead of waiting for their mother to give them their allowance or whatever she probably gives them? Katherine is not a high maintenance person. She gets a lot of money per month that most people will never see or will ever get. It's never enough. Did anyone ever tell Michael THANK YOU? I can't even imagine how much money Michael gave his family in his entire life. He did too when he was having his own financial issues. I can't take the greed anymore. I don't understand how you could want more and more when you were given so much and I doubt Michael asked them to pay him back.

I am not thrilled with AEG either. The way they talked about Michael in the emails were disgusting and disrespectful. Michael needed time and patience. They just judged him and they didn't know what was really going on with Murray. In the trial last year nothing was shown that they knew what Murray was doing.

^^The problem I have with AEG is that even after the leaked e-mails, they did not have the decency to say something like, "at the time we thought his behavior was due to his own actions, but since we saw the evidence from the trial, we have come to realize that it was Muarry's doctoring that influenced his erratic behavior and we now apologize." Saying something like that would really send a good message, but no one ever things of helping Michael but us.
