No, apparently the court has given 8 months for wade's lawyers to come up with legal arguments to support their claim that the execs of mj's estate should have personally written to everybody that mj had met during his life to inform them that mj had died and now has an estate and in the event of anybody dredging up any repressed memories that mj had molested them, informed them that they only have 60 days to get to a lawyer to file a $lawsuit.

Yoko Ono didn't have a problem with Michael Jackson purchasing the Beatles Catalog. Yoko Ono was even at the MSG 30th Anniversary of Michael's.

Never once has Yoko Ono said one bad thing against Michael. In fact, she carries on at the age of 80 year's still recording music and publicly fighting a cause. Fracking is on the agenda of both Sean Lennon and Yoko Ono. They own a farm that John Lennon bought, in upstate New York. It can be in jeopardy if the Gas and Oil Industry have their way. Dr. Conrad Murray was convicted of the involuntary manslaugher of Michael Jackson.


The doctor convicted of killing Michael Jackson could get dragged into a $30 million court battle over whether the King of Pop was a child molester, Confidenti@l has exclusively learned.
Choreographer Wade Robson is suing Jackson’s estate, alleging he was sexually abused by the star for almost a decade in the 1990s. Now his lawyers plan to quiz Conrad Murray — who’s in hiding after two sensational interviews last weekend in which he refused to say if he thinks Jackson was a pedophile.
Speaking to the press for the first time since serving two years for involuntary manslaughter, Murray claimed he still speaks with Jackson beyond the grave and insists the singer’s death was an accident. But in an interview with the Aussie edition of “60 Minutes,” the doc wouldn’t address the accusations made by Robson and others.
In an extraordinary TV moment, journo Liz Hayes asked: “Do you think he was a pedophile?”

Conrad Murray would not say if he thought the King of Pop was a pedophile.


Looking stressed, Murray paused for 15 seconds before dodging the topic: “I’m not prepared to answer that question, not now. And I tell you the reason why – because my interview with you is candid and honest, and I will not make up or fabricate anything.”
But Murray — who netted an estimated $40,000 for the interview — did share some details about Jackson.
“Michael has a huge dark shadow. Michael slept with dolls,” he said. “Is that normal? No, it’s not normal, but if you understood the history of Michael as a child and the things that he has encountered in life and you’re willing to listen, you probably wouldn’t judge him.”

Murray’s claims left the Jackson family “shaking with fury,” according to a family friend, and sparked concerns for the doctor’s safety.
“The man has no shame or remorse for anything,” the source told us. “We hope the world will see now how insane he is.”
The doctor’s cagey statements come six months after he allegedly claimed to have “nuclear” information on Jackson that, if released, would have the “impact of an immediate seismic shock.”
A source close to Robson told Confidenti@l that such information could make or break the case.


“Wade wants Murray to speak to his lawyers, because if he has vital information on Michael, then it could be significant,” the source said.
“It is obvious, the way he answered the question, he has much more to tell, and that could be dynamite for Wade’s case.”
A rep for Robson declined to comment.

It does say "estimated $40,000", so I'm thinking they just pulled that out of their ass. Maybe that's just an average amount that the press would pay a scumbag like Murray to tell his "story".

Do you think it's possible that the NYDN has been in contact with Wade's cousin or sister, or possibly even Wade himself? His cousin has gone to the media before to tell them info.

Either way, Conrad Murray doesn't know shit about that subject. He was only around Michael for what, 2 months at the most, other than a couple of doctor visits for his kids that had colds.

The only reason he dangled that carrot in the 60 Minutes interview, was to solicit more paid interviews.

Now that he's been silenced to speak of Michael's medical issues, he's only left to speak of other things. He'll make up anything to make some $$$.

But you are right, they are desperate for victims, which never came forward, then it was the fake FBI files, and now Murray. Who has absolutely NO credibility whatsoever. If they are that desperate to embrace Murray, you know they have NOTHING to support their case.

$40k sounds about right, I could imagine the Daily Mail paid about £20k to him for that story.

Wade's side has given quotes to NYDN at least twice so far, if I remember right. Personally I do believe Wade would be excited by someone like Murray, so I believe it.

I could imagine Conrad taking sides with Wade and I hope that'll be the clash of the case. Conrad left the door open for people to believe that he might know something about Michael behaving inappropriately with children and Wade might take advantage of that. Wade needs people to lie & Conrad loves to tell his uncreative stories. When Conrad allowed his silence to insinuate Michael might have done something bad and when he says he loves Michael, does he realizes he's saying he loves a man who behaved inappropriately with children? Weitzman was very clear in his letter that ALL communications are protected in a doc/patient relationship. You're right that he was not around mj much apart from may/june 09, just another matt fiddes - making out he was mj's bff.

I believe it too-Since the Wade thing happened (which was the biggest shock to me in at least 10 years and now I absolutely trust NO ONE) I fully expect Murray to "help" Wade's case in exchange for a nice fee. I also wouldn't be surprised is Matt, the bodyguard, and Mark Lester contact him as well to help with their paternity stories.

I don't have to say this because it's obvious, but they all make me sick, sick, sick.

At this stage the discussion is only about whether it's in or outside of statues of limitations. His claim that he did not know about the administration of the Estate until March, 2013 and that the Estate should have notified him about their administration in 2009 and things like that.

That's what I don't get. That claim just doesn't hold water. You can pull up tons of videos on You Tube alone where he discusses the estate and work for them. This estate and all the subsequent filings have been in the news since Michael died-I know about every creditor claim, I think. Everyone knows Wade did too.

Yeah, it's clearly BS. His claims are so blatantly designed to try to get around statues, that alone should tell us something about their credibility. His long time lawyer is on the record talking about MJ's Estate in 2009. So for him to claim now he did not know is ridiculous. Apart from the fact he wanted to work on Estate projects such as the Cirque show and he contributed to the Estate sponsored Opus. And it's not some obscure Estate but their administration was international news. And why should they have specifically notify him? The whole thing is BS.

So true!! This is the same route that Muarry took. He went the tabloid rout, so expect wade to do the same. I always wondered why the judge put the date all the way to June. I know that the schedule has to sync with attorneys and court calendars, but still that is a long way off for something that has so many holes in it. A pity the judge and attorneys did not shift some cases on the calendar so that they could push this thing closer. I guess the case will get a big NO close to the anniversary, sort of like a gift to us, although a better gift will be to not have this case at all.

I believe there is enough evidence to prevent this case going to court already in the public domain, so I'm amazed it hasn't been dismissed already!

If I were cynical (some say I am!) then I would say the judge is an MJ hater.
Why else would he schedule the hearing to coincide with the 5th anniversary of MJ's death?
It's timed perfectly to generate horrible headlines and news stories about MJ and child abuse. It's the time when (IMO) the MJ Estate should be releasing products to coincide with the anniversary. It's a time when I would hope papers, magazines, TV channels and radio would dedicate time to positive MJ coverage (e.g. documentaries etc).

The June hearing is at the worst possible time IMO.

An official MJ tribute concert.
This Is It anniversary edition
New MJ album
Official TV documentary

I didn't want any foolishness in the press but I can see that's going to be certain now.
