Xscape General Discussion

Maybe MJ hologram ft. Justin douchebag Bieber. Slave is 2nd single. That is sure now.

What if each single has a duet version and Bieber is planned to be on the duet of Slave?

Onir is gonna lose it.

So soon we’ll have a video on duet version of LNFSG and performance of STTR … Maybe there’ll be two songs, first Michael and JT and the second one is STTR? IDK.

The only source that Slave will be the song they present on Sunday is Roger Friedmann or dit I miss something?

Yeah, I think we better wait than trust Roger "Xscape is flop" Friednman's confirming anything.

Yeah, it could be a medley for all we know. Why limit it to one song. The opportunities are limitless. Hell, 8 different Michael holograms singing all 8 songs at once!

Re: News and discussion about new MJ album : Xscape, May 13, 2014.

.....Tuesday I will blast the album through my speakers!!
I already did! Any louder ..lighting bolt the crap outta the sky! ...
"Loving You" da dope!
I get goossies in a good way.. ya know... as if you were in the same room

I don't care what others say...absolutely luving the instrumentation,
and you still get to feel Michael.. his vocals at his best, powerfully FULL rich,
and his lower register at STTR's INCREDIBLE!
LNFSG opening number is strategically well positoned...gets you in the mood
and the next track whets your appetite for the next... and the next , building up a cresendo
DYKWTCA....very strong contender in the running for a club banger hit....
DJs better be playing the sounds...and
so does BG... doin' right by Michael, me thinks ..
Michael'd be grining from ear to ear up there.....and
Xscape's like the cliff hanger ...craving to know what's the next!
A shout out to John Branca, John McClain...the estate, ya'll on the roll!
phenomenal..
keep the promo on blast & the hits coming!

Xscape just keeps getting better and better!!

Amazing album !!

Danish radios play a lot of songs from Xscape - mostly LNFSG duet though. - Great to hear MJ on the radio again with new music !!

The album is nice! Downloaded from iTunes this am. To be honest I don't know how well this will sell in the US. Negative news sure does not help. Hopefully I am wrong but I don't know. I feel like I got my guts ripped out when I read the BS news.

Do You Know Where Your Children Are, the demo version, is just killer! It has such a Prince vibe, it's great, and it also reminds me of Peter Gabriel for some reason.

The drums really remind me of "Scandal" by Queen in 89

Most of the meida reviews I have seen - even from outlets that used to bash MJ - have been very, very good.

What is "the BS news"?

Isn't it interesting how that Diane Diamond story came today, the exact day of album release and the same thing happened in 2003 with Number Ones. This was calculated by her long time ago.

We should all ignore it and keep promoting Xscape instead.

Re: News and discussion about new MJ album : Xscape, May 13, 2014.

I second that. Do You Know is a grower, not a shower. I was ambivalent over it at first, but damn, Timbaland did a solid job remaking that one.

Something in me says that you went in with the pretense that Michael's original work was the best and that the reproductions were garbage. I don't want anyone to scream at me for this one, but come on. Every reproduction gets a majorly low rating, whereas every original gets five stars? You're the first person I've seen thus far to not like a single reproduction, as well as the first to give every original cut a perfect rating.

thats what my ratings says. the 2014 versions are just crap for me. at least a few are hearable, the ones that got a 2 rating.
and the original versions are just fabulous. i cant find anything bad on them. thats why they got a 5 rating. very simple. so, your felling is wrong.

A Place With No Name by Stargate is currently my favourite. Such a great re-interpretation by them.

AT LAST!

It seems we agree on something OnirMJ. :cheeky:

Watch the documentary on CD 2. You can see the love and respect they put into it.
