X factor theme queen vs michael jackson special

To each their own on tastes, it seems. I personally don't like Adam Lambert as a singer.

Anyway, the last time I remember an X-Factor contestant made Michael justice was Melanie Amaro.

I hate the musical arrengement but her voice is great.

For Man In The Mirror the arrengement was better.

. I'm not a big fan either or anything but I couldn't help but see the audience loving everything he did. And he sounded good.
Thanks for sharing these. I enjoyed them. I watched X factor a few times that year and predicted she'd win but didn't watch it these nights I guess. She's got s really great voice.

Why are they still tweeting? they got axed  but cool anyways

What is X factor USA? That show was canceled because it sucked. The voice is the only singing show that still gets ok ratings. Idol should have been canceled 5 yrs ago.

Please let Paul, jay and possibly ben sing mj! Not the italian guy I hated his earth song. Fleur was aweful dancing to thriller and sang even worse. This will sort the talent from the trash! Yes please do tmbmtltt! and some xscape songs please great chance to promote the album again.

Too bad there are 0 new songs. Stupid! But the good thing is that there is 5 MJ vs 4 Queen songs. Weird there is no TMBMTLTT duet.

I agree with the author that the song choices are unimaginative. Why always Man In The Mirror, I’ll Be There & You Are Not Alone?? You can hear those songs on every talent show in the world. I guess Will You Be There will be nice to hear. Also they could have chosen better song than Blame It On The Boogie (Shake Your Body for example or Love Never Felt So Good).

Sad there are no Xscape songs.

I hope all the contestants will be making a TMBMTLTT duet somehow... Would be very fitting to sing the only QUEEN and MJ duet ever made now it's a QUEEN and MJ theme this week.

I really don't fallow xfactor uk much though I've caught a few episodes on AXS here in the US. Does anyone know when it will air?

The song choices are rather safe, especially Michael's. I thought it was going to be a chance to promote Forever and Xscape like when X-Factor USA did with the Michael week to promote Immortal in 2011.

Hope someone will upload videos when it has aired so we outside the US can also see it.

Thanks in advange.

Stevi Richie got Bo-Rap? are they being serious right now? catastrophe. Bad song choice for Andrea also, can't put his voice with 'Somebody to Love' if i'm honest. Fleur singing will you be there? big song, her voice was crap during thriller and i'm sure she'll butcher that one too. Not a fan of only the young. Lauren can't really sing tbh. Ben Haenow, don't like his voice at all.. he tries too hard, he'll struggle in the verses definitely. Stereo Kicks singing YANA? hell no, they only have one good singer.. very bad choices, very bad.

So I take it you are not satisfied with their choices? or did I get you wrong??

You understood me correctly :) you'll see what i mean when they're posted on XF's Youtube ;)

Just watching xfactor live right now. Dermott just mentioned about TMBMTLTT but I missed it. What was said? I heard a clip played too.

Fleur sung 'Will You Be There' so beautifully, loved it so much

Keep reporting!! I'm looking forward to seeing the best ones on YouTube tomorrow.
I watched Fleur do thriller last nite and thot she was good.

Fleur's performance is the only Michael cover worth watching, didn't like the other's.. Andrea sang 'Somebody To Love' well!

Guys what are listening too Fleur tried but was too weak on wybt! The only ones to kill the song and do michael justice was stereo kicks the harmonies where fautless and the two solo singers where great! One is exceptional!. I am not fan of boybands but this band made michael current yet again especially that amazing song.

Terry

Lauren Platt - I'll Be There was the best in my opinion. And only good performance, all others were pretty bad in my opinion. I watched just MJ songs, didn't watch Queen songs.

Thanks for posting the link, Zakk. I just watched them all. My opinion: Fleur, hands down, was the best. She paid justice to the song, for sure.
Stereo Kicks did YANA-They were OK, but that lead singer was GREAT.
Sstevie? did Bohemian Rhapsody-thought he was really good and the production was great. I would have turned off that flashlight at the end of his microphone though-distracting.
Ben-MITM-not good. Bad. A little better when the chorus came in, but that was the chorus who was good, not him. Maybe nobody can really sing that and mean it like Michael.
Lauren-I'll be there-just ok. Paul-Don't stop me Now-just OK.
Blame it on the Boogie kids-just OK. A little disappointing seeing how young they are, but then the original UK guys that wrote it weren't that great either-compared to the Jacksons.

What happens now? Do you vote somebody off tomorrow?

Question. Didn't Alexandra Burke and Leona Lewis come from this show? And One Direction too? Or am I thinking of another British singing show? Whatever happened to Alexandra Burke and Leona Lewis-I saw them over here on a couple of shows, and thought they were great singers.

I agree with you, Fleur was definitely the best! and yes, i completely agree.. StereoKicks lead singer should have gone solo, he's a fantastic talent.. yeah, two people will be leaving the competition.. i honestly think Stevi & Ben might be in the bottom two..

I like WYBT the most. YANA is ok.

I'll Be There is sang like Mariah's cover, why do they always do that?

Blame It On The Boogie is awful, the girls didn't do good. The "I just can't" part was nice.

I don't care for singer's voice in Man In The Mirror. I know some are crazy about that hoarse style, personally I can't stand it. When he doesn't use it he sounds ok though.
