This I don't know. It could be still Tohme for probate claim. or perhaps El-Amin case. It's not Quincy though. Quincy claims is not related to probate.

They claim that MJ gave 10% to his mother and another 10% to Raymone, how come Raymone haven't sued the estate for her 10%?


Being executor of MJ's estate is hard work and I feel for them to having put up all sort of people claiming to be son, daughter, owners of MJ's company or people wanting percentage of MJ's money:bugeyed

El-amin's ex wife is trying to intervene - trying to make sure if el-amin wins the case or receives any settlement, she would be paid from that to cover his back child-support.

It is amazing how many child support payments are requested from Michael's estate, its not even funny anymore:(

Hopefully the estate lawyers sort these guys out without paying a penny.

30th is going to be interesting day because there is going to be hearing of Wade's 3rd and hopefully last amended complaint and accounting stuff.

When did she do that? probably after losing her dreadful $44m lawsuit. RB is currently unemployed and has been since she was fired by MJ.

This is another classic case of fraud. I'm not sure if bribing KJ with a share of MJ company is going to get them very far.

lol. that smells like bribe. falsify docs to make it look like MJ gave 10% to kj so she will dance along with the plot to steal from the estate. and why would MJ give 10% to RB? what was so special about her? first, it was supposed to be $44m? not it's 10% of his corporation? lol.

on the other hand Tohme thinks he should get 10% of mj monies from this it it. and 10% of NV sales and 10% finder fees even though he never found colony capital in the first place. seriously who do these people think they are?
 
Lets see if the jacksons suddenly remember things now to get "their" 10%

Not to mention that Genesis group who too wants 10% finders fee (4.5 million). I swear that MJ would have been better off if he had kept Dileo and Branca on board all the time. It went down hill from Wiesner to Raymone to Tohme.

I would like to see documentation of that as well as Michael himself stated he did not want to continue with Sony.

That's not a case. it's about accounting. Estate accounting needs to be reviewed and approved - that's what they refer as settlement.
 
Is this about Klein or someone else? That filed by attorney for respondent doesn't sound like it is Arnie or was he respondent in estate issues?

Probably it's about El-Amin case. that's the only active thing right now under probate.
 
It''s not too difficult to figure what is going on. Essentially RB is banding together with RJ to steal some 20% of MJ company's stake from the MJ estate.
RB alledges that MJ gave his mother 10% and even appointed her as a treasurer despite the fact that KJ is illiterate and uneducated, 10% to her and 5 % to the other dude. so she's enlisted RJ, the well known ambulance chaser, to help her shake down the MJ estate. I suspect those declarations are about him claiming that he witnessed MJ signing the fabricated docs. of course, RB probably adding her own declaration stating the same thing.

Hope the estate wins this case. enough of these fraudsters. RB does not have a job.been unemployed since MJ showed her the boot. and since then she's been on a mission to shake MJ, and now his estate for some cash. First, it was a $44m lawsuit, now it's this.

I'm certain Randy said in his declaration that Michael really gave 10% to RB and 10% KJ + 5% to others as it would support his last chance to get his foot inside the door of MJ's estate.

Didn't this happen around the same time or soon after when Randy tried to rob Michael?

No it's still active. It's the company that is established in 2006 to replace MJJ Productions. Most importantly it is the company MJ & Tohme used when making deals with AEG - meaning This is It. In other words this case is all about getting a share from This is it revenues.

Do you have any idea as to whom this "loan" is for? It is either KJ and it wouldn't be the first "loan", or it could be for Prince if he wants to start his own company? If it is for Prince, it cannot be called "loan" as executors (as per MJ's will) have to give money for PPB if they want to buy house or company or..... so me thinks it is another loan for KJ.

I must say it is curious timing
