I was thinking of that too when the kids didn't know where KJ was you may be right this might be part 2. There got to be a reason why she is changing lawyer that why i say something is wrong.

Same thoughts here too:)

I would put my money on pro Joy Bass as she is specialised on trusts. You only see Jermaine beside KJ when he needs her to promote his water in supermarket or when there is money on the table.

Exactly, there always seems to be an agenda with certain members of MJ family, especially when ego and $$$$$$ is involved.

It must be a fight within the family over the money Katherine is getting from the estate, and one wing managed to get Prince on their side. Would not do Prince any favor to side with anyone. He would be expected to fund that wing while Katherine spends the money she gets on the opposing side. The Jacksons are expert in stealing MJ's money.
 
Hope there is no fight within the family but that might be what is happen Katherine is getting alot of money from Michael Estate and the brothers and sisters are left out.
 
So did anybody manage to get the latest account filing(s)?
It's been a while since the last report I saw and it would be good to see what the latest news is...

I suspect that Katherine is not really well enough to undertake guardianship duties now. I understand that neither she (nor any of the immediate family?) went to Gary for Michael's birthday this year?? (edit: I've just seen a photo of Joe there, but I don't know which date, as he also went to Vegas for MJ ONE)
 
Where is Katherine now? Is she still staying with Rebbie? Haven't heard or seen from her since they went to Austin's show.
I assume she's OK or Janet and the brothers wouldn't be touring, etc.
 
I think you are right it is started to be to much for Katherine and she is getting up in age i hope this does not stop her from coming to Gary fans love seeing her there. I saw that picture too Joe might of went to Gary. I hope a family member keep this going this is where it all started and i know alots of fans have never been here yet it would be nice to see someone from the family there in Gary.

She is keeping a very low key because that the first time she has not made it to Gary she is always there with Michael kids and Rebbie.

Certainly looks like it. Did the same happen when jr and paris got to 18? Obviously blanket isnt 18 but does the guardianship end when they get o 18 regardless. anything that reduces the money flow is good to me. Mind you whether t.j will just hand it out instead now after pressure. who knows. Hopefully not going by his previous

No it did not happen with Prince and Paris. There is nothing to be terminated when you get 18. Guardianship ends automatically from my understanding.
It surprises me if it is the case that Kathrine herself makes that petetion. But maybe she wants Rebbie to take over her role as second guardian?, lol
 
^No kidding, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case :)

Gravy train 'bout to run dry soon, and I'm sure they want to make the best of it before it's too late.

You are right that is Calif laws when you reach 18 you are adult. Maybe she is passing it to Rebbie but what about TJ?
 
Ewww ? dont give them ideas. Seriously though i doubt anyone will take over. You dont need more than one especially when its not like kj did anything anyway.

You think they'd let her give up like that and throw away all that money? Especially, since she appears to be 'guardian' only by name given her minimum to zero involvement in Blanket's daily welfare.

Unless, she's very ill, and I hope not...or think not - just a few months back she was fit enough to fly 10+ hours to London, and then back.

Guess it depends on whether tj would play ball. Also kj gets a huge amount of money so as presumably everything that gets spent on the kids has to be documented kj can do whatever she wants with hers. So maybe the kids money isnt an issue as kj is alway asking for more anyway

Also imo any new request would be filed at the same time as kj.one file to pull her and one for the new person
 
how come?! There must be a monetary motive for this action. My bet is that
Rebbie and co wants to be appointed as guardians of Katherine and of course get paid handsomely for it on top of becoming the decision maker in terms of Katherine's allowance from the estate.
In order to be appointed as guardians, they have to claim she is incapicated. Since an incapicated person cannot be a guardian himself/herself, Katherine is asking to be terminated as guardian of Blanket. So since Katherine was going to lose her access to Blanket's money anyway in two years, they have comr up with this plan to compensate for the lose in income. Watch and see.

The demands for more and more money will get crazier. TJ himself is contemplating how to compensate for losing access to blankets allowance and his allowance as a guardian in two years.

Soon the family will have no means to the estate money but Katherine so they will fight each other for control of her share. Of course the siblings will not allow rebbie to benefit alone. Rebid will have to buy her piece of mind which effectively mean she is going to make Branca's life miserable with more and more requests for money to silence her siblings.

Something I noticed as we all know when mj was alive, the arrangement was that mj would give Katherine money and she in turn would take care of joe. But this is no longer the case. Even with the tremendous amount of money Katherine is given, he is the estates responsibility now not hers. Why? Because the siblings have been trying to maximize their shares from Katherine's allowance at the expense of their father. I believe they have removed Katherine from Calabasas home and fired her nephew for the same reason. They wanted to prevent TJ from being appointed as guardian of her. Now Joe, TJ Nd Trent are completely out of the equation. The fewer the people to share the pot with the better.

I saw a post /blog somewhere over the weekend that said that the fact that Joe was sitting next to Branca at 'MJ ONE' last week was significant, and that MJ's children had asked for their grandfather to be taken care of (financially). I can't remember where I saw these comments and didn't keep a reference. I don't know if they were just supposition.
 
^^That was from some article in a tabloid-Flo Anthony?-I think. It came across my newsfeed last night-don't know she's reliable or not. Her name sounds familiar.
 
Shes been around for years reporting gossip. Claimed to be family friends, an insider .how true that claim ever was who knows.she did come out woth alot of garbage over the years.

Keep a note soundmind.time will tell ?
