Bumped into this old video today. Listen from 8:20. Interesting that he talks about this thing that you have to visualize what you want to be. I wonder if he used this visualization technique to visualize himself into this new "victim" persona and how many times he visualized the graphic details he made up about it.

It seems to me that he is talking about mind mapping that MJ taught to everybody.
It would be ironic if he indeed used Michael's mind mapping technique to visualise himself as victim of Michael's.

They would say Blanca Francia, Quindoy and Charli Michaels saw things that would raise a reasonable suspicion. We know these are not credible people. But a Judge cannot say that. About the credibility of such witnesses typically a Jury trial would decide, not a Judge on demurrer/summary judgement. And they are saying exactly that the fact these people didn't get any training in that is the company's fault - ie. the negligence claim.

But this is of course only if Francia, Quindoy, Michaels are mandatory reporters - which I don't think they are. But that's what it will depend on.

But that is a separate issue from whether Robson can file a claim against MJJP and MJJV after age 26.
The company Francia, Quindoy Michaels worked for are not those two. In fact do we know for sure whether the company they worked for
still exist or not? Can you sue a company that no longer exists?

And let's say it does exist and they all worked for that company.
This supposedly happened more than 20 years ago. If the company was negligent because it did not inform
those employees that they are mandatory reporters isn't there a statute of limitation on that?
For how long can you sue a company for not training its employees?

In his book Corey Feldman made it very clear that neither his abuser or Haim's was MJ. In fact, he said this:

Well Corey Feldman did the right thing telling who's really responsible for his actions towards him and Corey Haim and telling Michael was not responsible at all and still innocent %1000. People need to start fearing making allegations, it is way too easy... And the estate cannot have the mentality "We got bigger fish to fry" when it comes to this.. WHEN Robson loses the case they need to go after him for attacking Michaels character, effecting potential earnings etc..

People need to stop skimming money off of Michaels empire

Safechuck's was earlier dismissed now he's gotten Wade's new lawyers.
Inspired by Spotlight and Cosby's, these attorneys are taking their playbook page by page.
Can this part of the forum be allowed access ONLY to current members who have posted in the last 24 months
and close the doors on new ones disguising as fans.
Better to err on the side of caution than

It wont ever stop because imfortunatly its what happens in the U.S inregards ppl filing lawsuits left right amd centre and ambulance chasing lawyers who just want the big bucks regardless of the truth. Can minors sign contracts......don't their parents have to sign / countersign them? Doesn't that mean that their parents agree the contractual terms? (eg as regards child protection/ mandated reporting etc)

I think they argue that MJJV was formed to hire Wade and that's how it comes to the picture.

I'm still not clear as why they so obsessively are trying to include MJJV as one of the defendants?

Real child molesters don't need company to do what they want to do.
Secondly, if MJ would have wanted, he would have hired Wade and Safejunk via MJJP, and not to go the bother setting up a company. It doesn't sound plausible that he went all the trouble and money to set up company only because he wanted to hire someone, when he could have hire them with existing company?
I wonder who is/was working for MJJV, that they so badly wanted to add MJJV to this claim, or is there much money that they hope to get their fingers on it?

Good I hope it stays that way.. the big news right now is the divorce of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.. Hopefully this case will be dismissed soon.. It's been going on for over three years now.. All of this amending and changing their lawsuit and changing lawyers all boils down to desperation from liars.. Wade thought the estate would settle with him 3 years ago.. It didn't happen then and it won't happen now.

It's a press release by the lawyers of Safechuck/Robson, so of course they are going to word it in a biased way.

Anyway, I went through it. The legal argument is the same as with Robson. Down to the copy&pasting of school cases and the errors resulting from that (eg. the reference to Plaintiff as a "she").

Of course, there is a difference in including Safechuck's own allegations instead of Robson's. They are in an even bigger trouble with this than with Robson because Safechuck hasn't even been employed by MJJP/V. The only time where they make a claim that he was employed is about the shooting of Earth Song in 1995 but by then the alleged abuse would cease and Safechuck was an adult, so they cannot use that. At one point they admit that Safechuck wasn't paid for his "performances" at the Bad Tour, which to me points to him not having an employement with the companies. So what do they do? They try to make MJ's companies arranging food, travel and accomodation into an "employment". They like to play make-believe a lot in these complaints. Make-believing that MJ's companies are "schools", MJ is a "teacher" and Robson/Safechuck are "students" and also that MJJP/V paying for hotel and food is an "employment". LOL.

So everyone who ever got catering from any company was made an "employee" of them by that. Yeah, right.

They are in total love with their "madam" theory but look at the ridiculousness of it. MJJP/V employees are "madames" and "procurers of child sexual abuse" for simply doing their job but James' parents aren't for transporting MJ into their home and then letting him sleep in their son's bedroom.

Also "become like a part of Plaintiff's family" makes it very clear it was a personal relationship, not a relationship under the control of the companies'.

He claims that abuse happened also in the home of his parents. So why doesn't he sue them too?

I also noticed that now again they left out the part where MJ allegedly called James once or twice a year between him going to college in 1997 and 2005 just to threaten him and remind him to keep silent and enquire about his sex life. That story wasn't in their origial complaint but they put it into it when for the probate case they needed a story of ongoing threats. Now it is missing again. Funny how flexible their story can be. LOL.

Oh and of course, now the graphic details aren't redacted either. They reek of Chandler's and Wade's story. This complaint is an obvious copy&paste from that and tabloids. I guess nothing to do with the fact they have the same lawyers. As well as it being a pure coincidence that they realized their alleged abuse through the same mechanism of looking at their innocent newborn children and all of a sudden realizing what they thought was normal until then was actually wrong.
