Controversial MJ Documentary Leaving Neverland [GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD]

Well, the damage can be undone by doing a rebuttal. Yes, many questions them, but many also believe them and many of those were on MJ's side. The rebuttal is needed to put everything into context. However, people will never understand why MJ slept in the same bed with unrelated children and we cannot fault them for thinking this way. That's really the issue no one will ever be able to normalise and we should not even attempt to do so. mj was different yes I agree but look what he is being accused of now because he allowed no boundaries.
 
About those letters. Do we know if they are specifically addressed to Wade and Jimmy or are they to the family? We all know that Michael's "I love you" never meant anything sexual or wrong but these doubters don't. So while we laugh it off as nothing special, others might think very differently of that. And that phone call stuff is just so weak, they can't ever prove that either.

My personal unprofessional opinion is he could have been a person with some sort of high functioning autism who also had a very strange childhood. We must see what is best to be done but be aware that a very old trick is to pretend to have been fans. That is just a part of the propaganda.

Now that is very good to see. This person saw through the bullshit. I'm honestly hoping that actual victims that are invited by Oprah to watch this for 4 hours (sick) come out and say the same, if they really feel like that.

I'm gonna check and see if this person has seen the available rebuttal videos of Michael already.

Besides money being a motivation, I feel like retaliation is also a factor. But something doesn't make sense, I feel like they were approached by someone to lie. Everyone else who Michael was with is defending him. Are threats being made? Is money the sole motivation? Are a record company behind it?

Was it ever confirmed that he actually slept in the same bed? In Living with MJ he said he would sleep on the floor. Either way, he definitely should have told the kids, you all have your own bedroom and that's it folks. Especially after the Chandler situation, especially! He saw what advantage both the then child and adult took of him, he should have had boundaries from there on, and certainly not have spoken so honestly during Living with MJ.

But it is what it is. When people bring this up to me I say that it indeed wasn't his best decision but doesn't make him a child molester or anything.
 
^ He may take his video down. I hope he does. He shouldnt be sucked into this bullshit. He seems an intelligent person. People with half a brain would never believe wade robson and his side kick. Do the research. Dont get sucked into propaganda.
 
I sent two comments on his YouTube video. Linked to two Razorfist videos because really, those give the facts and proof in a short time. Doesn't require tons of reading either. If this man is willing to do research he will watch it.

I think attention is a very big part of it, atleast for Wade. Now I have read several real victims who don&#8217;t beleive them and saying things like this is giving sick people really bad ideas.
 
It is OK some will have doubt now or even feel they have no doubt his guilty but a few videos that refuse some of the lies told will make people reconsider agains. What Corey tweeted is very powerful.
 
So it seems they actually did keep the part about Brett Barnes in it? But als Mac is mentioned? Oh man, please let the two of them sue the crap out of these two liars and HBO.
 
One that hurt me was that James Corden retweeted a post someone made which was negative. I was that he had tweeted about Leaving Neverland and was hopeful it was going to be positive because he has 10 million followers. One of his shows called a League of their own is my favourite show in the UK so I'm extremely disappointed in him. A lot of people dont like him anyway and I've actually defended him in the past.

People, post as many of those videos (from folks that have seen it and are on the fence now or actually steering towards these liars.) I have a lot of free time today and I'll post nothing but facts there. Anything to let them see the light, enough is goddamned enough. We can't have people now starting to believe these horrible inhumans when we have so much stuff for them to see/read.

I like Corey Feldman but he is a bit messed up and i am not surprised after what he went through in Hollywood. I have just watched the whole thing , now I have to admit Safechuck comes over ( to an impartial person ) imo as VERY believable. Robson not nearly so convincing but again it's a bloody tough watch. The UK papers are going to have field days over this and I can honestly see MJ's music being blacklisted. I do not believe MJ surely was capable of these things and I do not believe he did it but some of the faxes and messages on them are just plain weird . I'm sorry but they are. This of course is probably just MJ's playfulness but something has to be said about this by the family because this is going to be extremely damaging.

Could you name a few example why they are weird? I am not going to watch it, I'm just not. Also were these letters solely addressed to Wade and Jimmy or could it have been for the mother as well?

Many many misconceptions. MJ was not calling boys speaking with them for hours. We have seen that with the glenda tapes. He usually talked with the parents for hours but then the kids want also to speak with him and he ended up being forced to do so because he could not say no to them. Once the shock goes. A well put rebuttal will put everything in perspective. But, it is trending around the world and the tweets I saw are condemning him while the fans keep saying do not believe the liars because they testified under oath he did nothing which is not a good argument. We need to discredit what they said in the documentary. That's what will make people re consider everything. It would be great if Bett and Mac would sue HBO. Because then people will think twice. The most damaging thing against MJ today was the fact that he allowed children in his bed. People do not understand why and for many that's enough of a reason to condemn his behaviour.

All the faxes must go trough a test to know if they are real and not from Jocobshagen in my opinion!!!
For me Jacobshagen is linked to this documentary.
He sold his story to the tabloids only one day after the sundance premier with the book in his arm. What it seams to be planed.

I mean how old did the paper of these faxes looked?

When they over 25 years old, they have to be yellow or not?

It is just things you would not write to a child , things like love you , I miss you "my little one" , the lullaby also is just creepy. I am only talking impartially I will have to go back and look at part 1 , they are sent to the mother / son it is made to make it look like they are sent to him but i think that is Reed trying to spin it in a twisted way. I don't believe MJ did these things it's just upsetting to watch what I have just watched . I feel the whole thing is just a horrible tragedy. If they are lying then they should be charged with purgery but they know they can't be touched and they can say anything they want.

One thing i will say is that they are NOT really what i would call love notes. Though the media and impartial people will spin them like these unfortunately. I do think they are being taken out of context however I was just playing devils advocate but something has to be done to fight this BS
