Let's end the confusion about MJ's unreleased tracks here

Completely blanked on those — thank you!

Apparently Steve changed up his story and said that it was “Dream Away” was the song they wanted for XSCAPE. At least he did during the Paris seminar. Weird that Steve has suddenly been switching up the narrative.

I mean, I think they probably wanted both of them. He most likely said it about Dream Away because it was a song he'd just revealed?

Funny that every story has two different narratives. Like, is the Paul Anka stuff from 1983 or 1980?

there was a video that timbaland talks about chicago 1945 but i can’t find it. if someone have it, could you share with me?

From what I understand, the Estate asked for the voice without music for Dream Away.
I don't think Dream Away was worked for Xscape.

Timbaland was talking about Chicago from Xscape, not Chicago 1945.

Don't forget She Was Lovin' Me. And I think Slave to Rhythm? Plus they still wanted Will.i.Am and RedOne's songs.

Chicago 1945 was also wanted for Xscape.
Am I right in assuming will & red1 have 2 completed songs each, ready to go?

Yeah, but apart from Will, who didn't give the estate the instrumentals and then wanted the songs for his album, RedOne is pretty consistent in releasing the songs for charity, stuff that will be blocked by the marvelous estate.

That's so sad if these songs never see the light of day. Hope they can come to some agreement.

What You Do To Me from 1998 is just The Way You Love Me but incomplete, it has nothing to do with WYDTM from 1985.

Guys why don't talk with Shana mangatal to show us .unreleased songs from Loren era

Yeah i've heard this before but I haven't seen anything to back it yet which is why i added the "(Or He Worked On Another Song With The Same Title In 1998)" note

The 1998 What You Do To Me filing is an early demo of The Way You Love Me. The version I heard had primitive production and only had scratch vocals on the chorus (no verse vocal). However, a lyric sheet for the complete song was also enclosed. MJ is scatting/yodelling at the end.

Who have information about song truth about youth because Shana have cassette i did not find how to talk with her

I asked Shana Mangatal for the song "Call it off" and there's only a hook sung by MJ.

And otherwise she has no idea for the song "Dreams".
