AlwaysThere said that the melody is like the Big Ben. I'm still trying to figure out what that meant lmao

I never figured that out myself haha, but I will see what clarification I’m able to get!AlwaysThere said that the melody is like the Big Ben. I'm still trying to figure out what that meant lmao
Other potential ideas:Sounds like “She Don’t Love Me” is a prime candidate for another future “Don’t Matter to Me” type collaboration. I know many of us dread something like that happening, but under the right circumstances I would be thrilled.
The Estate should respect what's left of Michael's legacy and just name things what they were intended to be named. When the estate releases Chicago 1945 I hope they change its name to Chicago Nights, it's a more intriguing title. I bet that MJ was eventually going to make that the title anyways since he says "Chicago night" more than he says "Chicago 1945" on the song. C1945 was probably just a working title.
Considering this is March 1987, there's probably a decent chance that Chicago Nights was on the Bad tracklist at this point

The last thing they deserve is a fan's approval for creative licence.
Don't get slick buddy.MJ fans are obsessed with changing everything lol
Considering the song is called "Chicago 1945", there's a decent chance the working title for the movie was simply based on the aesthetic in the Smooth Criminal video.Considering this is March 1987, there's probably a decent chance that Chicago Nights was on the Bad tracklist at this point
Is there any information about early variations of the Bad tracklist? There's that early Dangerous tracklist that was leaked, but I've never seen the same for BadConsidering the song is called "Chicago 1945", there's a decent chance the working title for the movie was simply based on the aesthetic in the Smooth Criminal video.
I don’t understand why so many people think Chicago Nights is Chicago 1945. The former is simply a working title for the short film. I doubt the idea for Moonwalker existed in early 87’, so they had to call the project something. Given that the song Smooth Criminal is only a small part of the actual film, the title Chicago Nights is very suitable.Considering the song is called "Chicago 1945", there's a decent chance the working title for the movie was simply based on the aesthetic in the Smooth Criminal video.
Yes he sung on both songs and tho songs are very very beautifulDoes Michael sing "Chicago 1945" in the song? (No, I still have not heard Chicago nor Dream Away)
Average MJ fan afraid of change lmaoDon't get slick buddy.
He sings it twice compared to "Chicago night" which he sings 14 times. Another reason why "Chicago Nights" fits more as a title.Does Michael sing "Chicago 1945" in the song? (No, I still have not heard Chicago nor Dream Away)

It's just a title change, it's no big deal. A title that would flow better than its current name. People are acting as if it's changing the song entirely like it's a remix, which at that point I would understand the skepticism since the remixes sound worse than the demos more often than not. A simple name change isn't all that important.

A title change isn't changing the whole song, it's a change that barely even matters and would actually fit the song better.I think being afraid of change and not having a weird desire for everything to be changed for no reason are different things lol.

“Fly Away” is from Hayvenhurst—April 1986, if I’m not mistaken. Never made it to Westlake. The background is murky; all that’s known is that it didn’t make it very far during the Bad sessions, was given to Rebbie for her Yours Faithfully album, and eventually wound up on the 2001 reissue of Bad.What was the story behind Fly Away? That seems finished. That was recorded at Westlake, right? How close was that song to being put on the BAD album?
Spoiled brat.The background is murky;
You probably preferred to call "Do You Know Where Your Children Are" 12 O Clock lol.I think being afraid of change and not having a weird desire for everything to be changed for no reason are different things lol.
My personal pet theory is that the song "Bad Company" is just related to the music video for Bad. Like a soundtrack score piece maybe.Chicago Nights is also seen in Moonwalker before Michael walks into the club….wasn’t that the working title?
Nvm I'm tired of responding to what basically amounts to bait posts lolYou probably preferred to call "Do You Know Where Your Children Are" 12 O Clock lol.
And what’s wrong with that! You probably preferred to call "Do You Know Where Your Children Are" 12 O Clock lol.
