Ebay: Get Your Weight Off Of Me????

The verses are obviously very similar to Privacy, but for what it's worth, the chorus has more of a hook -- although, like all of Darkchild's "bangers" on Invincible, the hook is slight and not very melodic. It does at least feature a lot of MJ's classic idiosyncrasies, from hee-hees to hiccups, so on that level at least the song is welcome.
 
hoped for better quality though.
why does it sound kinda distorted and compressed?

well... expect one i encountered a long while ago.

the "snippet" was called something like "saturday woman" or "saturday night at the casino", one of those. something with "saturday" in the title. and i kid you not, the "snippet" was literally just a shitty quality version of You Spin Me Round Like A Record by Dead or Alive, specifically the intro. 😭

since then, I was not able to find it again, but I swear. that actually happened. as ridiculously hilarious as I was, I was PISSED. I can't believe that people even expect really popular songs like You Spin Me Round to try and be passed off as an unreleased MJ song. And it also scared me to think that there might have been someone who actually believed it to be real!

I'm sorry but Michael was in the wrong for not releasing this masterpiece, this could have been a smash hit in 2001, dance clubs everywhere would have played this, this could have promoted Invincible so well. It's sad we'll never witness that reality, collectors actually called this crap? This song is better than Michael's 90's discography and you cannot change my mind.
 

First off I would like to express how unbelievably happy I am, I entered this fandom and dug through the unreleased songs about 2 years ago and since then the GYWOOM snippets had been one of my favorite finds, I have no shame in saying that I found it magical and potentially on par with my favorite MJ works, so seeing this moment unfold before my eyes and actually getting to hear the song is something else to me. I love it, I wholeheartedly love it, it is amazing and seeing how positive this thread is right now feels even more cathartic. Thank you so much the people that had all worked on this song, you truly did something great!! (Of course, all in my opinion!!)
