I really appreciate the energy in the morning. I usually fall asleep easily if I get up early, usually at 7:07))))
If my routine breaks, I force myself to get up early, even if I haven't slept well. And after a few days, things get better. There is a theory about people's sleep patterns: a lark (gets up early and goes to bed early) and an owl (it is comfortable for him to fall asleep late and wake up late) I know that I am a lark)).
Why so specifically at 7:07?

I am a night owl in the sense that i gravitate towards being awake late. But I know that I think better and get things done faster early.

I like the sevens and the wake up time seems "lucky.")))) it's more of a prank 😅 I like to set my alarm for a time that is not a multiple of 5.🙃🙃🙃🙃.

That way the mornings are really hard and work stuff is more likely to happen in the first half of the day. 🤷‍♀️
