"Michael", a biopic about Michael Jackson, is officially happening.

Many major productions do reshoots whenever it's neccessary. Wouldn't be an unusual step if they'd reshoot some scenes later this year.
Yeah, that's what I meant. Afaik, most films need to do re-shoots so I'm def expecting it to happen here. I'm not expecting any online announcements about post production activity, though, so SG is right, I think. Should be pretty quiet now.

“We wrapped on @antoinefuqua and @gkfilms @michaelmovie last night! It has been one of the most incredible professional experiences of my life. But there's still so much more to go...”Cliff Stephenson via Insta #MichaelMovie

I don't remember seeing this:
"Cliff Stephenson is documenting the biopic, so we’ll likely be getting a “Making Of Michael” for the home media release in the future"

I am kinda afraid it will depict the same things I hate about Bohemian Rhapsody

Such as, he shoots Thriller short film, then jumps forward to VMA 1995, then shows the Grammys 1980, then Janet releases Control, then Pepsi commercial incident, now there's the allegations. And it's all linear in this exact order somehow.

Oh yeah. It's all coming together.
I'm wondering if it could be true, not sure why they would hold it back though 🤔

The fact that filming has now wrapped and there's not been a single mention of who's playing the 2nd most famous Jackson family member. Even if it's a small role, they've still announced other minor characters.

The other suggestion is that Janet and Randy are both against the film and have no part in this other than to have their name mentioned.

I saw this on the Reddit sub. Blue Gangsta might be one of the songs played in the movie. The movie's duration could be as long as 4 hours as well.

Who wrote this? Blue Gangsta? It's an awesome song, but how would they build it into the movie when there wasn't even a video for it and Michael never performer it? Could they have an extra plan with the song, as in a single/video?

I don't know but I have a feeling that Blue Gangsta and The Weeknd would fit.

If Michael Prince has said that( I can see he has) he's gonna be in deep deep trouble for leaking such important information.

So it ends in either 94, possibly showing him in love with LMP hmmm

The 93 allegations are gonna be a huge part of this film.

I was surprised when I read what he'd written. The other option is that he's not involved directly but has heard info from someone who is. Either way he's a reliable source.

I assume it will end with the settlement in early '94, MJ's continuing pain medication dependency and his subsequent marriage to Lisa Marie.

Then it will explain via an ending montage about the 2005 verdict and the battle with addiction that was lost in 2009.

Absolutely, I really see that happening and would be a way to cut down on the runtime , quite frankly they simply cannot cover all his life in 1 movie .

The very end being Jaafar doing man in the mirror and then real footage of MJ performing it 😢 Bucharest.

Fake news it wouldn't make no sense so basically they not gonna focus on dangerous era and history what about 30th anniversary show etc i call it bullshit 🙄
We've already seen Jaafar as Michael during the Dangerous era in the only official picture.

and what about the 30th anniversary show? It ain't not groundbreaking moment in MJ's career , it's not a Motown25 or a Superbowl moment as an example.

There would be no reason to include it.

the question is, which song features The Weeknd
Please non, I know people clamor for his voice but it will never make sense to me. The one that pisses me off the most is the people that say “He sounds just like Michael.” No… he doesn’t. At all. His voice is weak, shrill, forced and clearly a piss poor imitation with a goaty vibrato that even Malachi would laugh at.
