The Discussion of MJ's Unreleased Tracks

Yes. I remember Greg coming to Soundcastle around the Victory era recording this song.
I can't tell if we finished it to this extent or not.
Because on YouTube they credit Richard Perry as producer. And I know RP was not at our session.
(pls don't ask for exact dates)
This gives me Level 42 vibes!! Love it. Absolutely slaps.

Kinda sounds like Another Part of Me.

Anyone else also hate Changes?

I like the melody in the clip with the choir but it sounds too unfinished to know the final version would be any good imo: the missing lyrics, the placeholder beat..

Maybe this was quickly recorded while the choir was already recording in the studio for TDCAU (he is asking for 'Changes' in the leaked footage iirc)

Random thing I learned recently that you guys may find interesting. D.S demo was originally titled "T.S". Obviously being "Tom Sneddon".

Demo lyrics are:

[Verse 1]
They wanna get my ass
dead or alive
Invade my privacy
they sure take me by surprise
He said he’s Brother to the
CIA
He don’t do half what he
say but

[Chorus]
Tom Sneddon is a cold man
Tom Sneddon is a cold man
Tom Sneddon is a cold man
Tom Sneddon is a cold man

[Verse 2]
He's really greedy from the parties and fame
Will stop at nothing
Breaking every rule in the
game
I heard he's brother to the KKK
Don’t like the game that he play

[Chorus]
Tom Sneddon is a cold man
Tom Sneddon is a cold man
Tom Sneddon is a cold man
Tom Sneddon is a cold man

Edit: fixed a lyric line

MJ and Katherine claimed Tom Sneddon's son(?) was affilated with the KKK, was there ever any proof or indication of this? Or any more information?

Edit: Nvm it's a fake mix

Not a lot but this might keep the thread going for a few messages and bring a bit of life to it which it desperately needs lmao

So one of these days I found on YT that there have been more snippets of Neff-U's alternate mix of Hollywood Tonight being posted online:

Clearly this shows there are people other than Damien Shields who are in possession of the song, so it's only a matter of time until it leaks entirely. And if people own that song then by extension we can assume that there are others out there who are in possession of Water and Monster as well? Perhaps the chances of those 2 songs leaking in HQ is higher than we imagine.

i think there's a chance these are edited, looking at that channel it's just full of memes and edits lmao

So, did "Photographs" come from "Michael's Affirmation" or was it the other way around? Like fr, did MJ really have a whole ass instrumental made just for a 13 sec voicemail?

Michael's Affirmation is so interesting, like i get why he made it but damn, even if it was Photographs that came first and not the other way around, the fact he put together a whole track for just a short "get well soon" voicemail...extensive but what the hell, sure lmao. imagine he did that for all voicemails ever💀
Lmao this. Exactly what I thought too when I went back to this track, it's weirdly funny

They should make an album of Michael's poetry and voicemails ala that one posthumous Tupac record from like 20 years ago lol

Just listened to ‘Ghost of another lover’ again for the first time in ages. If that song ever comes out I will be the happiest man alive (although I say that about a lot of unreleased songs lol).

It’s such a mysterious track tho, who did he record it with? I know Thom Russo, but there had to be other guys in the room the moment he put vocals on it. Still very intrigued by it.
