Issues with Michael Jackson Shop

I think it's time. Trying to charge $100 for an album is just profiteering.

And yeah, there's kinda no point in being a collector. It's only worth buying stuff you will listen to.

Personally, I would never buy vinyl, but I definitely never buy overpriced vinyl.

That's the progress i am in now. To stop collecting. I dont see any sense anymore in it. I am just a milking cow. Nothing new. Always the same. Something in this color, something as CD or Vinyl. Thats so pointless now. Since, i think, 2014, they are just doing this. Such annoying.

I dont know where u are from. But what happening here in europe, financially and economically, i dont know how long it will go, but we are heading for a big crash here. Especially here in Austria. We are in last place in every chart for finance and economic. We have such a corrupt government here, the second in a row. They are destroying everything here since especially 2020. With full intention! U cant believe whats happening here.
And i am thinking about it the whole time. And to collecting this all for such a money that maybe i need for more important things in the future... makes me speechless, and make me think about it.

I'm in the UK. Used to live in France. I know where you're coming from.

The music industry is getting desperate. They know nobody is buying CDs anymore so they're trying to jack up the prices to make the same money from less copies.

Well, reality check - $100 for an album simply isn't worth it. $100 for a t-shirt isn't worth it. And $1000 for a concert definitely isn't worth it.

well the $100 on SuperVinyl and $35 for SACDs are for audiophile releases which are strictly for audiophiles and therefore limited niche releases, the standard vinyl costs $20, CD $10. Merch of artists has always been on the more expensive side and I don't care much about it tbh and for concert tickets, it heavily depends on when you buy them and where you sit, I bought 4x The Weeknd tickets for $80 each with a very good view
