To be honest, it's so repetitive that by the end I was just annoyed and wanted it to end, which is a shame because it's so informative (initially). It's very real, but very repetitive. It's about the three fake songs on the Michael album. It's about 8 episodes long but could've been condensed into 3/4.
Because there was a timeline discrepancy made with an era that was added (the "Forever Michael" era), since the album proper came out in January 1975 and finished recording the month before while the James Whitney songs were likely recorded later in 1975 and possibly 1976.What happened to the tracker? lots of changes were made but they got completely reverted
Damien Shields made the classic mistake of settling on the form first and then trying to have the content fit the form, instead of the other way around. To be honest, it's so repetitive that by the end I was just annoyed and wanted it to end, which is a shame because it's so informative (initially).
It could have easily been a 90 minute thing.
this is a WIP mix @original speedWhat exactly is the source of this supposed early mix?
Never knew of that version or if it was legit… though looks like it’s been around 5 years or longerWhat exactly is the source of this supposed early mix?
Yeah I'm confused as well lol. I added loads of dates, added 2 demo tracklists, corrected titles and availability and now they're goneWhat happened to the tracker? lots of changes were made but they got completely reverted
Again, timeline discrepancy issues plus concerns another editor brought up about the formatting being messed-up. I'll port over any changes you've made onto the document. Sorry about that!Yeah I'm confused as well lol. I added loads of dates, added 2 demo tracklists, corrected titles and availability and now they're gone![]()
Always wanted to know more about this. That one guy who claimed to work on History said it was from the Bad era think his name was Ryan was that guy just making up bs? Dont feel like digging through his posts again rn lol. This version is certainly from 1993-1995 since it samples his 93 interview with Oprah. What exactly is the source of this supposed early mix?
Yeah it jumps all over the place, I wanted to go through and make a version that actually goes in order, but too much effortTo be honest, it's so repetitive that by the end I was just annoyed and wanted it to end, which is a shame because it's so informative (initially).

Rob Hoffman's interview puts the timeframe for TJ as December 1994 thru March 1995, so definitely from later in December or early in JanuaryAlways wanted to know more about this. They worked on demos with Bobby Taylor in 1975 yes. I don't believe it was for an actual album project. It was more to test the waters on different sounds and directions to take the group after they left Motown. Also around 1975, wasn't there an album or some songs worked on with Bobby Taylor?
