The article mentions 5 contributions from Michael. I wonder if Behind the Mask was one of those?
Not sure how reliable this list is for Victory:

Doing Dirty (Michael Jackson, Marlon Jackson)
Far Far Away (Michael Jackson)
Liberian Girl (Michael Jackson)
Born to Love (Michael Jackson)
Still in Love with You (Michael Jackson)
Tender (Michael Jackson)
Buffalo Bill (Michael Jackson)

.The instrumental doesn‘t exist on multi-tracks. MJ was sent the instrumental as simple 2-track audio and simply overdubbed his vocals on top. You would probably have to track the multi-tracks down heavily, if they even still exist.
It's lilely the 48trk instrumental multitrack (or was it 24trk/32trk?) is in the hands of Sony, just labelled under Corey Rooney. Given how Iron Mountain works and its drawbacks, my assumption is that it's buried very deep in the facility containing their Epic/Columbia holdings.

Still In Love is written by Marlon and Tender is written by Jackie I believe.

The 5 songs were State of Shock, Buffalo Bill, Be Not Always, Liberian Girl and possibly Dream Away.

There's also Alright Now and (maybe) You're The One but I think those were discarded early into Victory's production.

You could add those. I’d say You’re The One is a Victory track as John Barnes confirmed it was for the album.
