No they shouldn’t.They should as least put HQ Dream Away in the credits and on this upcoming album from the movie. I think everyone would be satisfied here.
For me it sounds like "there are more songs in the Biopic, 13 of them were chosen for the album"
One thing I find interesting in the wording of the Michael Jackson social media post about the soundtrack, is that it says, "if you’ve been wondering what songs are going to be featured in the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic"
Does that mean no Dancing Machine, no Shake Your Body, no Rock With You and no Heartbreak Hotel in the film? In the first teaser we see what looks like MITM white shirt 89 (we assume is not in the film) and Victory Tour Mike triggering a pyrotechnic like Heartbreak Hotel, is that not in the film as well?
If Shake Your Body isn't in the film, what song does the biopic end on?
Maybe we hear 7 seconds of Heartbreak Hotel during a montage.

Especially when the album is only 58 minutes long.I still find it extremely bizarre that they would leave Rock with you off this companion album if it’s in the movie.
It’s definitely a rehearsalWatching the trailer and a teaser again, I still wonder if that's a rehearsal of the Beat It music video, rather than a recreation of it
I'd personally want more than just a social media post or two. What are people expecting from the promotion at this point that other films did have? Just curious for those that are annoyed with this.
Wow, great interview @ueli84Before their concert in Lucerne, Switzerland, we had the chance to meet Jackie and Marlon and, of course, ask them about the biopic.
Marlon would rename it “UNBELIEVABLE” ;-)
Do you people who scream "Zionist" about everything realize how idiotic you sound?Zionist

Edit : I did not realise Fuqua was too. Just for anyone that may be interested.
Dig up, film, dig up!
Well just once I'd like to randomly see an ad without having to look it up myself with the search bar. Promo that reaches us instead of us having to deliberately look for it. They need to reach the people who don't know about the biopic, not just the die-hard fans who already know about it.What are people expecting from the promotion at this point that other films did have? don‘t know where you live that you don‘t notice any marketing, definitely not on Earth. It‘s everywhereWouldn't surprise me if the marketing seeming a bit lacking is because of the amount of money already put into making the film.
If you live in Germany, you might be seeing more promotion than us because that's where the premiere will be.don‘t know where you live that you don‘t notice any marketing, definitely not on Earth. It‘s everywhere
I dont think this is unreasonable. I don't think I've seen any mention in the real world outside of cinema trailers and when the first rrailer was released. It made all the main news programs here in Ireland which I thought was crazy but the momentum just went off a cliff.Well just once I'd like to randomly see an ad without having to look it up myself with the search bar. Rather not graham norton, always found him to be anti MJIn the UK I’ve seen nothing so far , I expect tv promo and posters on buses etc . Maybe once the main tickets go on sale they will increase the promo.
Would be nice to see a few of the cast on The Graham Norton Show
There will be more in the movie. One of which I don't think people will be expecting. Never been broadly used, but most here have heard it...For me it sounds like "there are more songs in the Biopic, 13 of them were chosen for the album"![]()
On the release day in big cities too? Here you need to buy a ticket some time before if you want the best seats. Depends on the movie of course.I wonder why there are presales? Here in Germany you can go to a movie theater / cinema spontaneously and buy a ticket no problem. Or maybe it has changed, I haven´t been to the cinema in ages ...
So, I have heard from an 'insider' that there is a good chance that several songs were recently cut from the film. Are you aware of this? (And if not are you at all able to find out whether this is indeed true?)There will be more in the movie. One of which I don't think people will be expecting. Never been broadly used, but most here have heard it...
Side note * Anyone here going to be at the Berlin Premiere?
I would love to but there is no information so far about the ticketsThere will be more in the movie. One of which I don't think people will be expecting. Never been broadly used, but most here have heard it...

Yeah, depends on the movie and city. Most of the time it's better to buy tickets online some days earlier. Smaller cities and/or not so popular movies, you can buy the tickets directly at the cinema, right before watching the movie. On the release day too in big cities? If we ever get any information about what is going on thereSide note * Anyone here going to be at the Berlin Premiere?
