For people who don't know who Cherrelle is, she's one of the singers that was produced by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis. She was mainly popular with the R&B audience in the 1980s to the early 1990s and did several duets with Alexander O'Neal. She released the original version of I Didn't Mean To Turn You On, that was remade by Robert Palmer. his version was a Top 40 radio hit.
