It sounds pretty fake to me, cause they couldn't even mention the source. That is alarm bell right there. Also the language used. Mj sounds pretty down about Neverland. I doubt that is the type of message MJ would be sending out. Also about MJ trying to re-emerge . In fact the whole thing sounds like someone sat at the computer and made it up. Randy never makes comments about MJ's financial matter, he hardly ever make comments about MJ, all of a sudden, out of the blue Randy said something. Why do they need to include Randy if they did hear from Mj's spokesman. All sounds too contrived to me.^_^Even the e-mail address sounded bogus.

One of Michael Jackson's spokesmen called to tell me that Michael is truly disturbed about his Neverland estate, but he wants all of his fans to know that he's not down yet. He is planning a tour of all tours that he hopes will reenergize his career. When I spoke with Jackson's brother, Randy, he said: "My brother has always met bad times with his feet on the ground. Because he has always believed in the 'best' in people, he came across somewhat soft. Most importantly, I would like to remind people that my brother has not gotten to where he is today by being weak. Michael is one of the toughest guys I know. He knows the entertainment business like no one else. Sure, he's had a lot of problems because of his dedication to kids -- but it has never been proved that he's hurt any one of those kids at Neverland. My brother is a good human being, a kind man. And no matter what comes down, financially or otherwise, he will survive. he always has."

I do not believe that any MJ spokesperson, whoever they may be, would use the type of language that is used here. Furthermore MJ would not be given out his plans for tour when he has been keeping his planss secret for so long. Somebody is trying to start something, maybe trying to get there name in the papers.

I like being informed. People ask me about MJ headlines all the time. It's nice to take the wind out of their sails. I wouldn't know whats going on in such detail w/ out this forum>

I do not think it was necessary for the media to go snooping into mJ's financial history. Esp when it comes to his mothers home. That was unnecessary.:)

I agree that it's none of their business. If its being printed, I like knowing about it.
 
Some of Ms.Bain's publicity workers are male, so the one supposedly calling could be very well male, even if author of that article was knowingly politically correct differentiating spokespeople into spokesmen and spokeswomen.

However, this is not indication of whether information from the article is truthful or not; nor the style of paraphrase of what supposed spokesman said -- since it is not direct speech quoted.

Dreams and brothers' quotes on tours and "J5" reunionhave history of decades, and there is no sense to consider this happening at all until it will actually happen (most likely, this may never ever happen).

Also, the same is for tour of Michael alone. No matter how difficult or not was situation with finances or whatever, he just refused to tour since 1997.

As of now, nothing made Jackson to tour yet.

So? And who never had that issue? This is headline news? What about Obama and Hillary? (Go Hillary!) I KNOW Mike is not the only Jackson that can pay the house bill - and I am not talkinga bout Jermaine. Just saying.
 
As a FINAL follow up to my most recent post:

As I respectfully suggested having a media fact checking rapid response system would assist Mr. Jackson in dealing with rumors and misstatements in a "focused, factual and fast manner."

The reality is that in today's 24 hour news cycle, information needs to be forwarded to people that are connected at the high tech level (i.e. internet /satellite radio/cable ) and people who are conneted at low tech level ( T.V. without cable and newspaper).

Thank you for receiving my final thoughts.

LOS ANGELES — Public documents show Michael Jackson has repeatedly failed to make mortgage payments on a Los Angeles home that has been used for years by his family.

Documents filed with the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office indicate the reclusive pop star was most recently in default last month on the property in Encino, an area in the San Fernando Valley.

The singer had $153,910 in missed payments as of Jan. 17 on a $4 million loan serviced by Pasadena-based mortgage lender IndyMac Bancorp. Documents dated Feb. 7 show the notice of default was withdrawn.

Documents also show Jackson previously faced possible default over missed payments on the home in April and August.

A spokeswoman for Jackson did not immediately return a call for comment.

Those eight underlined words in the first paragraph destroyed this entire article.

If the home has been used for years, then it can only mean Michael is doing a great job keeping it.

"...notice of default was withdrawn..."

Translation: Things are under control.

Some writers are SO dumb!! :lol: :lol:
 
well these mofos aint got brains now do they...if the default letter was withdrwed..then thats IT!. the rest of the articleis pointless.
